Service and timing belt completed on time and communication good.
`I felt they lacked some knowledge around the VW California - after being notified that a roof fault was at least £1600 to repair, which `I am currently considering, they were unable to turn off the warning alarms - which I` resolved with a 5 minute internet search after returning home.Also a squeaking drivers door due to a lack of grease was not resolved during a major service and I had to stop at Halfords to buy grease on the way home!

Delayed Delivery Handled Well

Absolute awful service
Absolute awful service, put deposits down in 2019 for 2 vehicles, was told they were ordered but delayed due to covid which I fully understood, only then to be told the vehicles had never been ordered. 3 years down the line still no vehicles, avoid at all costs
