Excellent service from Louise, car purchase was a genuinely satisfying experience. Very customer orientated, calm and friendly sales executive.

Louise was attentive, efficient and really listened to fully understand what I was looking for. She is kind and friendly and made the whole process as easy and quick as possible, keeping in touch the entire time. The online portal made it simple and straightforward.

Overall it was a great experience getting my car from here, I have bought two cars and traded in one car from here and Gordon Bennett has been absolutely outstanding both ocasions. Each time I've been really impressed with the professionalism shown. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and every question I had was answered. I would definitely recommend.

After service leaves alot to be desired, manager has a terrible attitude takes no ownership would not recommend

Was told my car needed brake work done £630.48 to pass it’s MOT to find out later it was only advisery
Still had to pay for work that could have been done at a later date but more concerned that I was misinformed
Not to mention the engine light that I had problems with from day one of picking up the car . Excuse after excuse on why it couldn’t be fixed from ordering parts to getting refurbished but as soon as my warranty was up for my MOT could be fixed for a eye watering £2,362 was offered a discount to £1,700 money I don’t have .Have had nothing but problems with this branch last years MOT done at the Stirling branch couple of days later went to tax my car to be told my car didn’t have a MOT
after a couple of days of phone calls the service dept had submitted the wrong registration number car had to be brought back again a 45 mile round trip.no more land rovers for me 😤

Dealing with Chris was very relaxing no pressure sales
Had a minor complication on my side which dragged out the sale but that was sorted no problem by Chris and the team.. Car presented perfectly on day of pick up. Very happy with the whole process.
