Communication was great. Kyle? Was great at explaining what was needed and how long it would take.

Customer service is appalling. Infotainment system on a SEAT only works intermittently. Left two messages asking for a call back to understand how to resolve this and no return call. They are happy to take your money but if there is an issue you are on your own

Went in to complain on Saturday 18th no managers work weekends so was told I would get a call it’s now Wednesday 22nd and no call. Basically vehicle check is a con red alert on brake pads, discs, tyre and calliper needed investigation. Next day at my own garage it passed MOT with advisory for tyre. Also very slight marks on drivers side

Everyone very courteous, welcoming and friendly. Service was excellent and attention to detail. Highly recommend

Helpful and made it a relatively relaxed process to test drive and purchase a used car. This did influence my decision to choose John Clark Skoda Dundee. Included a spare wheel set which i had asked about on my initial visit. Pleased with the service and attention to detail.

Nice welcome at reception, told there was a delay due to a car still being on the ramp longer than they expected. Was given a time to come back and on return the car was just finished and was getting washed. There was no problem completing paperwork, the advisory notes on the MoT were explained to me and I went away happy. Couldn't have been easier.

Car was in for a pre-MOT service inc valet. A courtesy car was booked but was not available on the day, I was left sitting in dealership for an hour. Valet was incomplete, only the outside was done. Rain had been constant for days at that stage so an external car wash wasn't all that useful

Friendly staff made booking a service easy, to suit my timescale. Service carried out on my arrival. Comfortable surroundings to wait. Service work fully explained. In all an excellent service, many thanks.

I’ve had the most awful experience dealing with the staff at Motorchoice Dundee. I reserved a used VW Polo which was a birthday gift for my daughters 18th birthday, paid the £99 reservation fee and I was promised a video of the car before I made my final purchase. Despite several promises of this, after 7 days I received absolutely nothing. My daughters birthday is on Saturday 11th June, so I was quite anxious to get this finalised. I left several messages for the sales advisor to call me. On checking my call log I called this garage 17 times over a period of 10 days. I was told their sales guy was either on the phone or with a customer and he would call me back, he never did. I live in Glasgow, so wasn’t as simple to jump in my car and travel to Dundee. Yesterday at my wits end I called and asked to talk to the Sales Manager, gave him an earful about his sales agent and he apologised and said he would make some investigations and get back to me. After nearly 4 hours he called me back and advised me the car was unroadworthy. I was in tears. After nearly two weeks, 4 days to my daughters birthday, he told me this! They are responsible for ruining what was planned a perfect day, so now instead of my daughter receiving a car, it will now be a cheque, my time has ran out and I will not be able to source an alternative in such a short space of time. The agent actually had the audacity to try and sell me extended warranty on this car. Normally I wouldn’t even bother leaving any negative comments on any website, I just wouldn’t use company again. But because of the scale of anxiety and upset this company have caused, I’d ask prospective buyers to stay clear.

I phoned the dealer and spoke to Heather asking how long the wait list is to get a Formentor , I was in luck they had been allocated four that morning and two had sold already. 150bhp V2 just what the wife wanted and DSG so that was a bonus on metallic Grey .

Her trade in was a 335D we buy any car offering £18.5 and I knew they would knock the price down so said I was after roughly that.
Now Heathers working from home with COVID pop in and see Joe we might be able to offer more, I’m thinking yeah right if I get £18.5k I’m happy .

Joe’s a nice lad shows me the cars tells me all the about it , now I hate sales people pushy arrogant bull#hitters No sales pitch tell him about the wife’s car so Joe gets the manager another nice chap , lovely car sir , excellent condition nice chat he offers me 19k .
Right I will take it , do you not want a test drive , na it for the wife give me it . We have one just been pdi checked let us put petrol in it and have a drive , they insisted.
Had the test drive said we would take it , ok cars left the factory will be about two weeks we will be in touch .
True to there word two weeks later we collect the car , no hassle and some free gifts and car was well prepped. Nice relaxed handover and I feel I could get any questions answered no problems.

Wife loves it and Heather , Joe and the manager gave a hassle free experience and a good deal with no rubbish .

Friendly professional customer service. Sales executive was knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable with all aspects of my car. Assisted with downloading app for my Audi and explained how it worked. All staff are Dundee Audi are always pleasant and helpful and are a credit to the company.
