When I went to pick up my new vehicle, the sales advisor went to great lengths to explain the process re V5 documents and the retention of my personal number plate. He also arranged the 5 Day Drive Away Insurance which then gave me time to contact my Insurance Company re the vehicle change. He was also very thorough in explaining all the controls in the new vehicle. All in all a very positive experience from a very knowledgable sales advisor

Rachael made our purchase simple and clear and was very helpful. Unfortunately there are a few niggling issues with the car but Rachael has arranged for the car to go into Mercedes quite soon to be check over.

Bought a new Skoda Octavia from John Clark Dundee which we picked up on 21st August. The staff were amazing throughout the process. All our questions were answered quickly and truthfully. Phone calls are answered right away. They couldn't have been more helpful. While everyone we spoke to was great a special thanks to Jenna who was fabulous on delivery day.

Excellent service from Jenna from start to finish, she was welcoming, friendly, hugely professional and informative. She guided me through various options, explaining each option carefully allowing me to make an informed decision on my purchase. She kept me updated and I drove away with my new car within days of trading in my old one. I’d highly recommend Jenna to anyone looking to buy a new or used car, she made the whole process hugely enjoyable.

New car paid by cash sale on 11/8/25. Handover in the saleroom was inadequate on reflection! In the process of getting to know the car. I discovered the engine had no cover. I need a spare wheel and there is no jack or wheel brace!! No service book/record!!! What seems to the profession,. I think,trival points. This has soured this whole experience and now I am reconsidering returning the car!

Had a great communication from start to finish with kerry. He help us through finance deals and didn't push us to buy considering we were looking at 3 cars. Had s few issues to date with car but sorted out asap.

Really good service and would use them again. The salesman was only on his second day, so needed some support but he was still excellent. Any issues were resolved.

Great service from Dundee Kerry was my sales representative, my experience from beginning to end was exceptional, Kerry kindly sent myself a video of the car I was interested in which for me sealed the sale and once I was at the garage to collect my new car I was not disappointed, the car was spotless and Kerry made the handover straight forward. I have used Arnold Clark in the past but no more, thanks Aberdeen/Kerry

Fantastic experience purchasing a new electric Škoda Enyaq at this dealership. Sales Executive Steven Roger went above and beyond to make sure my purchase went as smoothly as possible. He was courteous, non-patronising and at no point did I feel pressured during the process. He answered all my questions knowledgeably, making the whole process a good experience. And I absolutely love my new car!
