We were a little apprehensive about making a long-distance purchase for a new car; however, after our local Alpine dealer were unable to help us, we contacted John Clark. Where we were looked after by Allan Bell, who was so professional & pleasant to deal with, we concluded a deal within hours and from that initial call to the after delivery follow up, the service has been exemplary. Consequently, I would have no hesitation in recommending Allan and John Clark, the location doesn't matter, it's the quality of service does, and we got the very best - thanks Allan.

It was a 600 mile trip for us to collect the car but definitely worth it.

First Class Customer Service.
Went to showroom on Tuesday to collect car for daughter.Did not bring correct paperwork to complete purchase and found I had in fact lost driving licence.The Sales Person, Allan Bell then went to great lengths to complete the process involving considerable extra work for him.We left with the car and considerable appreciation of his efforts.

I just purchased my new car from Aberdeen Renault and I cannot fault the quality of service that I received. Stuart was brilliant, there was no hard sell which I really hate.
He made the whole experience very pleasant with no stress as he talked me through the whole process which gave me peace of mind. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the models available which made choosing my car a lot easier.
I was kept up to date by calls and emails so always knew exactly what was happening, great customer service.
I really had a seamless sales experience and Stuart could not have been more helpful.

In a world where you get told, through a sucking in of air... I give you the exception...John Clark Alpine. Rocked up today in my car, no appointment nor booking. Met Stuart in the car park about to do a handover. . "How can I help". New number plates need fixing please. Stuart asks me to take a seat. Minutes later and some Alpine chat, job done. Thank you. This was the best car buying experience I have had. Michael was fantastic at keeping me informed all of the way through the purchase, sending video updates and making the whole process highly personable, not transactional, which has been my experience elsewhere. When Michael was unavailable the rest of the team were incredibly helpful too. Even though I live 400 miles away in Staffordshire the delivery process was very smooth and bang on time.
