Had a problem with my new van bought…
bought a brand new 25 plate Renault traffic , once collected I noticed the steering wheel was off centre while driving in a straight line took van back I was told the issue was fixed, later i noticed the drivers front wheel was wearing irregular so contacted them again and was told they couldn't do anything about it so I had to take it else where and it was found the wheel alignment was way off, the van has never been kerb,d or had any knocks this was the way I got it from the factory, worst thing about it the back wheel is off and its fixed can't be adjusted poor show from a van straight from the factory
so basically I've just been fogged off after handing them near 30K
I have the report/printout from garage that carried out the diagnosis and repair

Having read your review, it appears that your experience relates to a vehicle purchased and maintained through John Clark Renault, rather than John Clark BYD. The assistance I got from Jack Edmonstone and Michael Clark was brilliant. There wasn’t any pushiness from either of them. They listened to me and helped me get everything I needed . There was no pushiness by Jack when we went to see about getting into a new car. He sorted things very quickly.
