No more John Clark. When it comes to warranty repairs, they send you to someone else.You have to pay for the repair yourself because the warranty does not cover it.A simple computer diagnosis is beyond John Clark Service. Stay away from this company.

Poor service provided by Joe at JC MG Perth. Emails are ignored or delayed to reply. Promises made during car handover were not fulfilled. Lost one of the keys, and almost 3 months later these issues are still not yet settled. Completely unacceptable. No return to this dealer!

Took my car for a service with John Clark MG Perth for the first time, and I was very impressed. Booking online was easy, and a friendly staff member called to confirm everything. I had to cancel my initial appointment, and they were very accommodating. The service itself was speedy, and I have confidence in the work done, knowing that only genuine MG parts were used. The courtesy car provided was excellent—I honestly wanted to keep it! Overall, a smooth and trustworthy experience. Would definitely use them again.

I placed a deposit for a lovely Audi
I told Mark Howie to give me more information
about the car. I gave them my mobile number & email. But I didn't receive any updates. I told them I am really interested in the car.
Day later the sold the car to someone.
Absolutely shocking service.
I believe they sold the car to other customer as he was a finance customer. As I was a cash buyer.
They said they called me. But I didn't not receive even one call from them.
They kept me out from loop.
& they also lied to me about the opening hours.
I would not recommend this place.

After reporting a fault from water leaking in via the roof and consequently failed the electric window/mirror switch, took to MG Perth and was told this was indeed covered by warranty and needed to get the roof rail replaced and new switch, took to get this work done but told to go to Pentland Perth and was told there was a recall on the car for software update and in turn when doing this they fried the circuits to the point the car would not start, granted was given a courtesy car at 17:30 (car dropped off at 11am for a 2-3hour fix) and told to return on Monday as the work had been done although needed further wiring replaced as had apparently eroded from the water leak (wow who new water was bad for wiring), now it has to go get approved again although it all stems from the same issue and the roof rail replacement still is not fixed as water still leaks in and no courtesy car available until 1st January 2025 all this undertakes a 100 mile round trip with a young child in primary school
