Great experience
Great communication, on line document signing. Brian, who was very friendly, helpful. took the time to tell me about all of the new features of my new mini, came with me for a short drive as I hadn't driven an automatic before and called me later that day to ask how my journey home had been.

I found that my experience in renewing my Mini Cooper was as always excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff at hand. David explained the finance and my new car in detail, went for a test drive to ensure I was comfortable with an automatic car. Needed further information on the workings and received the same courtesy and friendly response.

Very pleasant and satisfying experience
The sales and support personnel were very helpful and had a pleasant approach. They were also very knowledgeable and keen to access my needs and requests and try to match them.

The service was really good. Brain was very helpful in helping choose what was right for me. The car I liked had silver alloys which I didn’t like. And he managed to source someone the paint them black which looks great on the car.
