Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, car was filthy when I picked it up after having been ‘valeted’. No locking wheel nuts- was promised by salesman I would have them sent up and haven’t heard a thing in 2 months. And best of all my warranty hadn’t been activated when my car developed a fault and had to be put into John Clark. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Jenna was friendly, helpful and informative. Her calm but positive attitude helped us massively when choosing a new car. She was professional and patient with us. No pushy sales person attitude, which was great. We got the car quickly after picking it at a time that suited us. Jenna showed us how to work all of the tech and explained everything really clearly.
The showroom and all of the staff were lovely.
We will definitely be back next time we are looking for a new car and would love Jenna’s help again. We would highly recommend Jenna to anyone buying a new car and really appreciate all of her help.

Great service
Chris Thomson was very helpful throughout the entire process, from discussing the various models and configurations in good detail to his communication whilst I was waiting for the car to arrive and his explanations of the car set up upon collection.
Other staff that I dealt with throughout the process were also helpful when required.

Collecting my new car.
I was over 2 hours in the showroom. The system is far too long and I seemed to be forever signing documents. The salesperson was doing his best but it is a cumbersome procedure.
