Our experience with John Clark motor group was handled professionally and we were kept informed of progress regularly. The handover process was dealt with swiftly and courteously despite several changes to our appointment, at my request.
Overall we were extremely pleased with the customer service we received.

Dean has been an excellent support. He kept me informed all the way through of the delivery date and how soon he could get me into my new car.

Dean also did take care of the requirements with regards to returning my new car.

It was a pleasure having had Dean oversee this process. I wouldnt hesitate to keep returning just for the like of service Dean provided.

Very poor experience with Volvo Edinburgh Sales department. First offer to buy my end of lease XC60 turned out to be a derisory (£30k) only to get a much better offer from “we buy any car” (BCA agent) of £3.5k more even after inspection. Out of loyalty, went back to Volvo to be advised they would reconsider and promised to phone me back the next day. No phone call back. Volvo Edinburgh do not care about their loyal customers. Pure arrogance and ignorance.

My husband bought a Volvo about a month before myself and when I was through I liked the XC40 so when I had convinced myself I needed one we went back to Dean Goodfellow who sold us my husbands car as he was pleasant and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff, even during these covid restrictions the service I received was very prompt and efficient.

From initial contact with Gareth Wilkins all the way through to collecting my car I had zero issues or cause for complaint. I received a quick and fair valuation for my trade in, and all paperwork was sent and signed digitallly. My car, an R-Design XC40 was exactly what I was looking for and held with a small, competitive deposit. The PCH deal came in under my budget and the pickup process on the day smooth. 5 stars well earned team, thanks.

Sales team were really good and made a purchase during lockdown very easy and efficient. I think we got a really good deal for the car, certainly better than was available elswhere. I was a little disappointed with some swirl marks on the black plastic surrounds when the vehicle was delivered but I guess on first day of registration the valeters are a little overwhelmed with the number of deliveries.

Bought new XC60, 2 years of oil leaks, still fighting to have rejected with ombudsman! The Volvo Experience!

Very happy with my dealings with Dean at Volvo Cars Edinburgh, got me the exact car that I was after - and at a great price too.

Small delay on receiving the car through no fault of Dean's but very happy to say he provided me great service throughout.

We met Eva Lyons as our salesperson who was helpful, knowledgeable professional and stayed with us throughout The purchase, order, trade in and delivery process.
No question or request was to much bother.
We felt from the outset she was interested in the purchase and wanted to understand what our requirements were.

Was dealt with clearly and well during selection, purchase, delivery and collection. Sales person was very helpful we thought.
Few bits during paperwork at showroom later, that just required attention to detail. This created few calls to rectify.
Otherwise would have been an excellent I would think.

I purchased a new Volvo XC40. The staff and in particular Peter Malcolm could not have made the process any easier. Given the restraints at the time I purchased the vehicle I always felt safe and well looked after on the occasions I had to attend the site.I would and will thoroughly recommend Volvo Edinburgh and Peter Malcolm.

Car is excellent. Disappointed at the Climate Control. I was under the impression it would defrost the front windscreen automatically through the APP, but having bought this for £645 it only works with an automatic gearbox. This needs to be properly explained before purchase.

Really great service. Love my car. Aftercare excellent too. Would highly recommend them.
