Be careful when buying a used car
Be careful when buying a used car. First time i have ever bought a used car from a garage that didn't have a full years MOT, not something that is advised when you buy it. Found out by accident that my MOT is due next week as it seems the Range Rover we bought had only 9 months MOT remaining. Disappointing that you do not get 12 months when buying something so expensive.

We also include MOT Test Cover for added peace of mind, this means that if the vehicle doesn’t pass its MOT when it's due, Land Rover will cover up to £750 of repair costs (with just a £50 excess).
We genuinely want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase, so if there’s anything more we can do to help or if you'd like to discuss your concerns further, we’d be more than happy to speak with you directly.

Caroline Dunlop approached us the first time we visited your showroom in Dundee and from there on she has been fabulous to deal with. Very refreshing after some negative experiences in our car search. I love my new car and whole process was managed totally stress free. The initial cleaning for delivery was unprofessionally done, thus refused delivery. Also the first delivery guy required evidence contrary to what I was informed was required (the 2nd crew then didn’t demand that evidence). I was supposed to be called an hour prior to the car’s delivery- yet no call was made. Etc etc. Really, from the point of sale onwards this was very poorly handled. I will advise others to avoid buying from your firm

Great product and really happy with the deal from Pentland Landrover Dundee. Would be 5* but a few issues between purchasing and collecting, appreciate you are short of skilled workshop staff which is a national issue. Sales team (Caroline and colleagues) really decent people. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again but be aware your car preparation will take a week or 2.
