Zero customer service
My Discovery Sport broke down on the A9 just south of Perth. Managed to limp it to Pentland Landrover Perth with only reverse gear and occasionally second. Was hoping for some help but they were totally uninterested. In fact they were more concerned with getting my car off their premisses so they could close up and lock the gates at 6pm.
Unfortunately, this lack of interest in the customer is fairly common with all Landrover dealerships. However, Pentland Perth reached a new low in indifference to their customers.
Never, own a Landrover past the Manufacturer’s warranty. They are too risky, with many serious and dangerous faults who’s existence is well documented but consistently denied by the manufacturer and their dealership network.

Reference two weeks of hassle with Pentland Land Rover Perth, where we bought a brand-new defender and got messed about with it. We finally got our deposit back and went to another Land Rover dealership and bought a car straight away. A new one. We pick it up on Monday with no hassle, it’s just shows you that is good dealerships about, I hope John Clark Head Office read these posts, and finally do something about it as it is disgraceful, what they do

I have requested info on a car. No one got back to me for over 2 days, only after sending an email again finally someone called me back.
I drove all the way to Perth from Glasgow to view the car. Took a car for a drive and I was looking to px my car, as it was late on Friday we agreed that I will get a call back on Monday (yesterday) to discuss further. No one bothered to call me. I feel like I wasn't treated seriously. Very poor experience and waste of my fuel to drive all the way there. No wonder car sits in your dealer for over 80 days. Thanks for 1 star experience.

A series of negative experiences since being told I was part of Pentland Protect. Despite my written details recording the problems there has been a lack of care and lack of interest. The Company in my experience does not live up to its advertising and does not work adequately to resolve issues.

This is the third Jaguar that I have purchased from you. Bruce Clelland has always been very helpful. On this occassion delivery of the new car was delayed and there were some changes to the spec' ordered (for supply issues which I fully understand), however I was kept well informed. Ordered a new P440e in Aug-22 and had regular updates from Ross, who was very helpful and answered my (many!) questions over the order period. Unfortunately after 15 months my car still had no build slot with JLR, so we decided to purchase an available car elsewhere. Will definitely be back for future purchases and recommend Perth Pentland.

Lovely experience at Perth
Lovely experience at Pentland Perth and in particular thanks to Scott, he was very welcoming and extremely easy to deal with. My initial visit I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist, it makes such a difference when you get a friendly welcome. Both our cars were collected, One car MOT'd and serviced and the other repaired in the body shop.
Both cars delivered on time back to the house. All whilst we were on holiday
