The customer service (Talking about you, Jeff!) is outstanding! I needed help getting the toy I wanted, but was out of stock. As soon as one was available in the style and size I preferred, Jeff contacted me immediately and I was able place the order and get it on its way! I have several of their products and between Jeff and Jo (social media manager), and the quality of their products, my experience with JTT has been outstanding! Thank you JTT, Jeff and Jo!

The overall customer experience was satisfactory. I had one issue with a toys designer and they offered a a free gift for my next order. Considering I already paid for a large order, I would of appreciated a discount instead. The reason they still get 4 stars is the price I payed for the amount of silicone delivered is insane. For their size, I would have payed well over £1200 at any other premium toy maker. The caveat is they are not customisable and sometimes they have minor errors in the pour (not colour wise, but in the mold itself). That is to say they're not 'beautiful' like purely custom models you get from sinnovator or BD, but they're just as functional. Arguably more so since they offer stiffer silicone for larger toys which is a rarity and usally cost more to make. Overall you are still getting the exact same kind of platinum silicone you'll get from those significantly more expensive brands. For that, they cannot be beaten.

Recently I bought my newest favorite toy, the Orinoco X-Large. At first glance, I thought it was too big, but the amazing design convinced me very easily, the small head is easy to put on and gets even better down to the body as the circumference gets bigger. And the silicone quality - OMG - it's soft but still firm enough for a good ride, an incredible material. Still can't reach the bottom of it, but I'm having the best time with this wonderful beast!

I used a Spider’s web: the toy is made in the style of Spider-Man, has a web pattern and is made in blue and red colors. The colors of the toy are very bright. A medium-sized toy. Very soft. But I made a little mistake with the size and it turned out to be big for me. It fits perfectly when used, but the relief of the web is felt and makes it difficult to move. maybe it's because my ass is too narrow and it will be different for a well-stretched one.
I prefer to use JohnThomasToys toys because they are good, high-quality toys. There is always a very large selection in the assortment. I like bright colors and soft material. There are usually 4 sizes in the size range and everyone will be able to choose the one they need. I already have a fairly large collection and plan to replenish it further in order to please myself with new toys from JohnThomasToys. Please keep releasing new toys and some old models - they are very good. They are incredibly pleasant to use and look great on camera!

Not only an incredible toy all around but the experience and company is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants something good quality and unique.

Due to an error (probably mine) only the first half of my postcode was entered then passed to the courier and they picked another location with the same name as mine to deliver to. One notified, JTT sent out a replacement item the next day.
As always, the problems with companies tend to be most noticeable when something goes wrong and needs to be fixed, JTT was excellent in this regard.
