After contact the shipper, ther is no replacement with open packaging.

Delivery is quick, communication is good and the toys are high quality. The Godzillaz has just enough texture to enhance sensation, without being aggressive or difficult to clean. The frill around the head needs some care, but otherwise it's a pleasure to use and store.

The customer service was supreme from beginning to end. I had questions which were answered promptly.
The delivery was super fast which was muchly appreciated as I was so excited to feel my purchase.
On arriving my package was boxed and discreet. Then to my own annoyance I had to go away for work and attend some events, but on my return I opened my package to see its wonderful contents. Firstly the lovely people from JTT had popped me in a free gift and some chocolates. Then the useful and strong vac-u-loc suction cup, the travel bag and finally my Large 12” ALIEN HOOLIGAN Platinum Silicone Dildo……. WoW!
The weight, the detailing, the quality was fantastic and on par as I have become accustomed to with any JTT toy.
Then when I used the ALIEN cock it certainly was a HOOLIGAN. JTT has for me stood out for pushing "the envelope" in fantasy toy design in a premium material that is actually useable. I love how they are soft, but not so soft, that be it a cuddle, or you are bearing down on them, they "stand there ground" so to speak and do there job amazingly!!! The design, production and after sales have always been faultless and when I have contacted the team they have replied to my query quickly, kindly and always to the best of there ability and to my satisfaction. I now have over 20 of their toys and will continue to keep JTT as my go to. they are like art pieces to me and always on display I love them!!

This is my second toy from John Thomas Toys and I am even more obsessed. I got the Spock's cock in glow 7inch with medium firmness. It is the perfect size for all the ways I use a dildo. The craftsmanship is amazing. You can tell it's a quality toy. It's easy to clean and comes with it's own storage bag that I love. The base it comes with makes it great for me to put the dildo on a hard surface for solo play. The shipping is pretry quick to the US and both toys arrived with no issues.
