Just received my XL Bargain Bin!!! Im super thrilled with products after my first package was swiped by someone. I was fortunate to get ahold of customer support and be able to order a replacement. So thank you again to amazing customer support for working with me!!! I hope whoever got my first package get quite the surprise because this package was a wonderful for me 😁

Very High Quality Toys!!! Much bigger than expected, made for a leg shaking experience. Never got near to the halfway point but loved the texture and the wooo every time it inched in.

Despite unsubscribing from their mailing list, I received an email yesterday after a year of silence. To make matters worse, they were offering a £25 voucher in exchange for five-star reviews.

I already considered them untrustworthy due to their perpetual 'fake' discounts, but this is a new low. While their products are affordable, the quality and design don't hold up against premium competitors.

The products are actually great, but they’ve started putting their full return address right on the Parcelforce label. This totally destroys any privacy because it’s now incredibly obvious what’s inside the package. It’s frustrating since their website specifically claims "labels don't display their name or address for "100% discretion," which is clearly no longer true. I really hope they fix this contradiction soon because the lack of anonymity is appalling.

I brought a few new toys from John Thomas as there have such a great wide range of products. After I placed my order, I then went back and ordered more and then I ordered more again a third time then the next day John Thomas refunded to me my postage charge for some so they can send it away in one postage. They did all this without me even saying anything which is great customer service.

Products seems good but delivery from UK is extremely hard, please do it something with it

Jeff, and John Thomas Toys are amazing. Their customer service is top notch, and the quality of their toys is stellar. I have nearly 50 of their amazing toys, most of which are in the largest size of each toy offering. I’ve reached out to their customer service a couple of times over the years and they/Jeff have always responded quickly and completely to whatever I was writing for.

One of my favourite toys is John Thomas the toys are made very well and can take some punishment i especially enjoy the individual pouring molds especially the mitchlin

Ordered a toy again from John Thomas and it is amazing, size and description are as they described on there site, and the handeling and shipping went really fast. The quality is very VERY good, the toy is made of premium siliconen. I would recommend this seller and there toys and will be buying here again!

The customer service (Talking about you, Jeff!) is outstanding! I needed help getting the toy I wanted, but was out of stock. As soon as one was available in the style and size I preferred, Jeff contacted me immediately and I was able place the order and get it on its way!
