I was impressed by how customer care…

I was impressed by how customer care service handle to answer all queries and calls of all clients despite the high volume of orders and peak season which is Valentines. Joi can still be very friendly after all the stressful works. Thank you for making our hearts day extra special!

Chat / email support sucks

Chat / email support sucks. They won’t bother replying to you. Guess I’ll contact my bank now for chargeback process. Fukcing hell you can’t even track the item as guest. THEY DONT HAVE AN OPTION FOR THAT.

Such a bad delivery service

Such a bad delivery service. The website said a same delivery between 12-3 and made me wait till 6 pm with over 10 calls and several messages to them.
They refused to share the driver's location or number and ruined the surprise i wanted to give my husband.

Shame you cant give 0 stars

Absolutely appalling service!
Never deliver on time despite allocating slots.
Delivery driver refused to deliver to specified address then lied about the fact he was rude obnoxious and then demanded the recipient meet them. Despite the item being a surprise for my husband.

In thier option delivery was made and task completed.

Disgusting attitude to have with customers avoid like the plague.

An impressive 5 star service

Ordered a flower in a box for my wife to be delivered the next day for our anniversary. I somehow missed the 3-6pm delivery slot. Whatsapped the number on the site and asked if it is possible to slot in my delivery for the 3-6pm time slot and it happened although they could not really promise that it can be done. Really appreciate the effort and assistance because if the flower had come later it would have somehow ruin my plan for the surprise gift for my wife during our anniversary dinner. Thanks again for the exceptional service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to those who are looking at getting flowers or gift for their loved ones. Besides the reasonable pricing, i am very impressed with the service rendered.

Great quality service

As we live away from my mom, we decided to use this service to surprise her on her special day and the result was brilliant. They are also quick to respond to our queries. My mom loves the cake and flowers. We are so pleased. Will definitely contact them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Rotten watermelon cake

I stumbled on this website and was very excited to find a variety of gifts and really cool ideas that Joi offers. I ended up finding several gifts that I sent to my sister for her birthday. Unfortunately, we ordered a watermelon cake with berries and fruits and it arrived on time but less than 24 hours later it was already rotten. My sister received it at night and when she cut into the watermelon the next day, she found that it was all rotten from the inside.
I was honestly very disappointed because she didn’t even take a bite of it, and it all went to waste. The joi employees who I got in touch with didn’t really help, and offered me a 15% discount on a new order that I had to place on the same day.

It was confirmed delivered 8:19 PM, UAE time, on a Thursday for a 6PM - 9PM delivery schedule, and we received your email advising about the issue on 5:35 PM on a Saturday, mentioning it happened just that morning. This has been more than 24 hours UAE time.

We'd like to advise though that the discount code provided to you was valid for 90 days from the date of receipt and was not for that same day only. We hope you use it and are looking forward to seeing you at joi again to serve you better. We wish you a lovely day!

Very bad network service Jio is just…

Very bad network service Jio is just eating our plan money and not giving us any network service and no access to internet. I guess they don’t know how to run a telecom industry and need to learn how to run this industry. Very bad that you guys are just running a scam business and will request you to stop scamming people and give them their required service.

Mixed experiences. Waiting for refund.

I have had two good experiences with JoiGifts - they delivered on time and the flowers were beautiful. So I was happy to order from them again.....however....

The last time I ordered from them was a different story.
The flowers arrived on time and were lovely but then the drama began.....
Firstly, I was overcharged (I noticed a sum of over 4x the amount of the item taken from my paypal account)
Secondly, when I spoke to them about this (over two months ago now), they had no record of the transaction and it took about 15 emails back and forth to clarify things. They finally agreed to 'refund the difference' so I waited....and waited.....
No sign of the refund. So I then contacted them and they said that they were having problems refunding people through paypal so they asked for my details for a bank transfer....which I of course gave them.

And here we are....im still waiting for the refund....despite further emails back and forth....

Although Ive had mixed experiences with them, Im not keen to order from them again because Im currently down >£100 when all I wanted was a bouquet of flowers for my family member when she was admitted to hospital.

We assure you that our normal refund process is only about 14 days or a little over on the max and this depends on the payment gateway and the bank policy on refund. Do not ever buy here. Poor customer service. No matter how early u order they will still deliver it late. And you habe to call them many times.

I had a very positive experience with joi

I had a very positive experience with joi Gifts.
First of all their prices are very competitive and the check out experience was straight forward. I saw some bad reviews online but I believe that these things happen and how companies handle them makes a big difference so I decided to give joi Gifts a try, and I am glad I made the right decision.
Great service, I would happily buy from them again and not hesitate to recommend joi Gifts.

Superb Company!

I have always found it difficult to send flowers from Europe to Dubai but I needed worry as I found Joi Gifts! Super super service from this company to fit any budget, I have used it for flower delivery and Christmas presents and haven't been disappointed once. I hope they continue for a long time as they are really good!

Ultra Poor Service.

Ultra Poor Service.

I sent flowers n Cake as a gift the flower arrangement was really poor
and totally different from the one i ordered, i shared my feedback to the Joi Team, they sent a similar bouquet to the person and wanted the original one back it was very embarrassing for the person to return the original bouquet.

Not happy with the experience.

Dear Evon, we are truly sorry about your experience. Normally, when we sent replacement we do not collect what has been sent particularly when those are fresh goods and (warranted) something poorly done as we cannot sell it to another customer.
As we are operating as an online marketplace in order to be able to offer customers a wider selection of products, this forces us to rely on third parties such as our merchant partners and delivery companies, and sometimes they fail to follow our process and timelines, which is outside of our control, for instance taking back the bouquet without our instructions.
Rest assured, we take full responsibilities for any issue that might have been done. One of our customer care representative was in touch with you to rectify the issue aside from the replacement we sent which was the item ordered. We do hope to see you at joi again.

I couldn't be happier with Joi's…

I couldn't be happier with Joi's service. I sent flowers and balloons for my mother-in-law, who didn't respond to 4 or 5 phone calls, and yet they still managed to get a hold of her. I was so pleased with their hard work to ensure she received her birthday gift. Without a doubt, I will be using Joi again.

WORST ONLINE GIFT DELIVERY SERVICE!!! DONT TRUST!
NEVER BUY!

A friend ordered for me flower for Valentine's day, Feb 14, 2019 until this moment Feb 18, they didnt deliver. After many calls and email, no response from them. Yesterday they promised to deliver between 9am-12pm. When I called again to follow-up they plan to deliver after 6pm.Since I wont be available, they will set for another day. This will keep going and going. No plans of delivering. The essence of Valentine has ended. I think they will deliver in Feb 2020. This is the worst delivery service I encountered.

Excellent customer service and attention to my gift specifications

They pesented my gifts to my other half on Valentine's day and added special touches of cute ribbons and balloons tied to two different boxes of engraved jewelry. They engraved the jewelry correctly to what I had them engrave. Jewelry was so shiny and of awesome quality. Any issues with my order got resolved timely and with fantastic customer service by Paula, and in time for delivery on the 14th. Very satisfied with joi and will be back again to order in the future!
