I was very pleased with the care pros that serviced my mother. They were always polite, respectful and managed their interactions with my mother well.

The helpers were personable and ready to help out in every way. I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the care provided by Honor. The staff were professional, friendly, caring and genuinely empathetic during a very difficult time for our family.

When I first met with an Honor representative it seemed like a great service. What she described to me made me say “wow they really know what they are doing and are on it.” Boy was I wrong! The caregiver I got from Honor was amazing! I think I lucked out. She was experienced with Spinal Cord Injuty patients and my husband had just suffered an accident and had an SCI. Unfortunately she was only with us for about 4 months. That’s wheny nightmare began. Honor would send different caretakers everyday. Some would come from as far away as 50 Miles. We are in the San Fernando Valley! The caregivers would come an hour to 2 hours late! My husband is in a wheelchair & can not move on his own. He was left in bed while I left to work hoping someone would show up.
The last straw was a caregiver that said she was Jewish & couldn’t touch my husband’s food! What? Who goes into this field if they can’t touch food that is NOT kosher! I’m my experience the Honor caregivers were horrible to my husband and myself!

I am no longer using your services so why am I receiving a survey? Last care provider I used quit with no notice to get more hours. Several months later she called “ to see how things were going and if she could help out”. I told her that I was no longer using Honor. The model is too unstable for someone who has dementia. I have not been a client since June 2017, please update your records. Thanks!

Honor did a good job for my mother for several months when she needed some assistance in her home. We started off a little rocky, but she was very happy with her caregiver. We terminated our relationship when it was time for Mom to move to independent living, where she is now very happy.

The company was wonderful to my mother and they did a wonderful job of caring for her and taking care of her .

Honor Home Care is the best. They really go "the extra mile". We had a really good experience and I would and will refer them to anyone looking for A1 home health care.

This review is from Linda, the one who received it. All of the women who came to take care of me or just sit with me were wonderful. They made a bad situation much more bearable. Will highly recommend Honor to friends and family who might be in need of this kind of care.

We had nothing but positive experiences with Honor. Our caregiver, Eugenio, became like a part of our family. He was remarkable.

My spouse developed Lewy Body Dementia with a seizure disorder and we needed more help the last 3 months of her life – Honor Home Care was fantastic! The caregivers who came were experienced, competent and compassionate. We had a rotating group of three or four women, and each was terrific, even in the last week when the seizures were frequent and frightening. I liked that we could schedule as-needed, and that aides would come with us when we needed help with procedures in hospitals (cat scan, blood draw). I have recommended them to many friends looking for aides.
