Good, but staff for cognitively impaired needs work
Some of the care givers were absolutely fantastic, some where fine, a couple needed replacing. Unfortunately it was nearly impossible to monitor the night time people and they didn't fall into the fantastic or fine category. When you have a cognitively impaired person on hospice you need to send the best people.
The app with alerts was fantastic. After the loved one passed, we missed those alerts for a few days.

Honor's system always professional
Honor's system always professional, caring, friendly and kind. They always worked with us when we had questions, special requests or concerns.
Unfortunately we lost my Mom recently, but the caregivers still reached out to me with their love and kind words!!
