A+ replaced with no issue

SHAQ dealt with my replacement. The service and quality match. There was a point the cs slipped but they apologised explained and it's been amazing since. Very good quality overall a+

Customer service is shocking!!

I used to like this company and have so many of their items…

But no more!

I placed an order for £900 of their new pans as they were 30% off. They cancelled it with no explanation and said to try again…

So I did and the same thing yet again.

So now I have 2x £900 pending transactions on my card and no order and they have done nothing to resolve.

They offered me a 20% code which I can’t use on the order even if I wanted to try again as it’s only for full price items.

Really annoyed and will not be using ever again.

I've been a fan of Joseph Joseph…

I've been a fan of Joseph Joseph products for many years - loving their functionality and efficient design.
I recently had a problem with one of their stainless steel luxe soap dispenser and contacted the company. I'd had the product just over a year so didn't expect a replacement but wanted to highlight the snag to the company. Elisabeth, the agent who emailed me was most supportive and, upon furnishing evidence of purchase and pics, arranged a replacement. Top marks Joseph Joseph; and top marks Elisabeth!

Beautiful products excellent customer care.

I love Joseph Joseph quality household products so beautiful and practical. The customer care service is brilliant, I made a mistake with the shipping address for my order and Annalise redirected instantly with no problem at all. So thank you for taking the stress out of the situation for me. Well done.

Our CleanTech™ 2-in-1 Spray Mop…

Our CleanTech™ 2-in-1 Spray Mop developed a fault, I emailed their support website and Ruth answered the same day. She clearly stated what information they required to help me resolve, I sent the batch number and a short video showing the issue with the spray nozzle. The next day she came back to me with confirmation that they could dispatch me a replacement as it was under warranty. Very good customer service and expectation management. Highly recommend this brand.

Great Service

Great Service. Had a problem with a dish rack but Joseph Joseph's response was very good. Elisabeth and Annalise both sent emails and posted us a replacement within 24 hours. Couldn't wish for any better service. Thank you.

professional handling of an unfortunate case

The first time I ordered the ironing board it got lost in transit (I had to wait for almost two months). Eventually Josephjoseph's handling of the case was highly professional, and the person that handled my case (Kokila) was very considerate and responsive, resolving the case efficiently. I ordered again the same product, it was delivered on time, and its quality is excellent.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They do not offer any fair resolution and simply do not care. Once you buy, you are screwed if anything goes wrong.

After 3 weeks, I still have not received my product. While I appreciate the response, that part you seem to do well. If you truly cared about your customers, you would at least have offered some form of compensation or for the inconvenience. Instead, you make no effort to meet your customers halfway. It feels like everything is done in the easiest way for you, rather than actually taking care of your customers.
