I am very satisfied with their products and service. I've been using the small bin 4L Caddy for many years now and I find very nice and useful.
Customer service is absolutely great, I contacted them since in my last order one bag of waste bags was missing and they immediately sent it to me. I am satisfied with their company, I recommend it! 😊

I am very pleased with my Totem Max 60L Bin. It has a sleek design that fits perfectly in my compact kitchen. While the build is generally very sturdy, the upper lid spring unfortunately broke after six years of use.

I contacted customer support and was assisted by Mariela, who provided a swift resolution. She arranged for a replacement bin to be shipped to me in less than seven days—truly impressive service!

My only observation is regarding the warranty. When I originally purchased the bin in 2020, it came with a 10-year warranty. However, the replacement I received today (March 2026) has a sticker stating the warranty is now only 3 years. Despite this change in policy, I am very happy with the product quality and Mariela’s excellent help.

Unsustainable plastic rubbish -- they sell expensive dish brushes on their website but don't even supply replacement brushes (no one does!). And then claim to follow sustainable business practices! Unfortunately, my brush will be in the bin after 2 months of use.

Joseph & Joseph, a company that once prided itself in selling clever solutions to everyday problems now seems to prioritise selling Temu-style single-use-in-landfill plastic rubbish. An indicator of this is their smart £14 washing up brush which has since been upgraded by the Sink Palm version. They still sell the original brush but no longer supply replacement brushes (brushes used by the sink palm are not compatible) when I asked Joseph & Joseph if they supplied replacement brushes they said no and followed with some usual greenwashing spiel about commitments to sustainable business. Really? It's difficult not to laugh in despair at some businesses' practices.

Ordering is easy, products on website have plenty of detail in order to make a informed discission. Unfortunately our order went missing in transit. Aida from customer service was extremely helpful and arrange a replacement very quickly and efficiently

First I bought 1 product from JosephJoseph to try out if I would like their products and if the quality would be of a high standard, because it is not cheap.
Meanwhile I bought several products of them, and although it is expensive, the quality is of very high standard and the products are practical and modern. The service is excellent, I had one product with a little default and they sent me straight away a new one after receiving a little video with the problem. The communication was very friendly and professional. I would recommend JosephJoseph to everyone who wants solid, practical and modern products. I give them 5 stars.

I really rate many of the Joseph Joseph products. I had a recent manufacturing defect with one of my purchases. Whilst disappointing, customer service representative Annalise swiftly guided me through the refund process. The refund was processed efficiently. Thanks, Annalise.

Products are really well made and good quality. On this occasion part of my order was missing but I emailed and Mariela responded really quickly to help replace the missing items. Everything I have had from this company has been brilliant.

I love Joseph Joseph products, they are practical and stylish. I bought two of an item and one was too big for the space so I needed to return it, not straightforward when you live on an island. However I contacted customer service and Kokila couldn’t have been more helpful and so quick with replies to me, and arranging my refund super quick, excellent customer service. It makes me very confident buying items with the knowledge it isn’t right Joseph Joseph treat you like they care. Full marks to Kokila and thank you.

Ordered a set of 6 oven trays, great quality product non stick! Had to contact costumer service for a replacement and the lady (mariela) was super friendly and professional solving all my needs. Definitely would recommend this company
