Excellent quality of chairs
Excellent quality of chairs, which were much more expensive on competitors website. Had a communication issue with first order but very good customer service sorted it out. Second order was a pre order which i did have to follow up but arrived soon after predicted. My only slight negative is the delivery company Joshua use is outsourced and you have to wait for them to send you a delivery slot, which could be anywhere between 2 days to a week after order. If the delivery slot doesn’t suit there is no alternative other than reschedule and wait for them to give another date, which again, could be 2 days to a week after this. On the positive side, when a delivery date is sorted the communication with the drivers is very good. I presume it’s the reason the chairs can be sold for a lower price. This is the reason for 4 stars not 5.

Avoid
I have been very disappointed in the response of the company to my dissatisfaction with my chairs. The quality of the seat part of the chair is excellent but totally let down by the quality of the legs. The wood is rough and the grain is very dark nothing like the photo on the website. They really look terrible but the company says there is nothing wrong with them. Should have gone with a better company.

We have been in contact with the manufacturer/supplier.
All images have been forwarded and the situation has been explained. They have stated there is no defect with the product.
The wooden legs of this item match the description and images, solid ash wood has dark graining as a natural characteristic to the product.
As it is a natural product no two pieces of wood are ever the same. It would be impossible to have a 100% identical chair to the product image. We can only guarantee 100% identical products when the materials used are manufactured. E.g. Metal, glass, Faux leather, manufactured veneers.
The only difference in the images provided is the shapes and difference in the grains.
As discussed you can still return these chairs to us for a full refund.

Fantastic customer service
The customer service was second to none - Kyle was exemplary. We had an issue with one of the chairs and his fantastic customer service made it all run smoothly. Due to this we will definitely use Joshua Interior again.

Check delivery details
Good price for our garden furniture and good communication from Joshua interiors. Unfortunately the delivery was changed a couple of times and the delivery guys were unfriendly and would not unpack the furniture and take away the cardboard. This service is advertised prominently on Joshua interiors website so we were disappointed but it was not the end of the world. Would use them again if the price was right but would double check delivery.

Great customer Service
We have purchased 4 items from the company as we really like the styles offered, and at reasonable prices too. The first three items arrived together, but there was some confusion initially with the delivery pushed back by over a week. Similar happened when ordering our 4th item and I ended up contacting Gallery Direct to arrange a specific delivery date. it feels as if the delivery mechanism doesn't always run smoothly . Joshua Interiors offered excellent Customer Service as one of our items arrived damaged. Kyle dealt with our problem and provided excellent support and that is why we were prepared to order a 4th item from the company. It would have been a five star review were it not for the delivery confusion. We really felt our custom mattered to the company.
