Received our dining chairs and we love them. Waited a bit longer than normal for delivery as we had to cancel the first date we were offered. Not the fault of Joshua Interiors so very happy .

Chair was cheaper than i saw it on-line anywhere else. It came and was beautiful. Just as described. Delivery was very efficient and the people that delivered were ever so friendly and polite. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks Joshua interiors :)

Well I can't speak for the items…
Well I can't speak for the items because I haven't received them. I was expecting a delivery of some high value dining chairs yesterday, however no one came and there has been no contact. After chasing up Joshua Interiors today, I was told that its their Partner delivery company's (Gallery Interiors) fault and they will follow up with me and reschedule. I'm not happy with the lack of help and concern shown as my contract is with Joshua Interiors, not their delivery company. As of this point, I have no idea when my chairs are arriving. I'll update this if and when they do.
Update (16/11/22)
My chairs arrived yesterday, and they are nice and I'm happy with them.
However this experience has been tainted by the delivery challenges, which I hope Joshua Interiors will work on to improve. Regardless of who their delivery partner is, its their job to ensure their customers are being communicated with about any delays.

We are very sorry that your delivery did not arrive on Thursday as was scheduled.
We called the delivery company as soon as you reported this to us which was late Friday afternoon.
We were told they were going to call and reschedule with you. We are dissapointed that they did not call and reschedule. Unfortunately their office is closed over the weekend.
I can assure you we will be contacting them Monday morning to get this delivery out to you ASAP and receive an explanation to why your items were not delivered.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Looks great, mattress
Lovely looking love seat, but the seat cushion doesn't bounce back up after seating and leaves a dent, which is a big issue for me.
I also find it uncomfortable unfortunately. I wasn't able to find any information about the cushion filling at the time of purchase and should've done my research!

Easy buying experience, good quality chair
Really easy buying experience, competitive price, good communication throughout and fast delivery. Chair was delivered on the day & time advised and looks great. Packaging was a bit damaged and the driver apparently hates these chairs as they are big and bulky but he did bring it round to the back door for me which was very helpful. The chair is perfect and we're really pleased with it!

Beautuful chair
Beautuful chair, well made, comfy and stylish. Have had the mustard velvet item for a few months and continue to be very pleased. Looks wonderful in my 250 year old cottage which is designed with both modern and characteristic minimlism style.

Two seater armchair sofa
Already had a single chair and wanted the matching 2 seater which Joshua interiors offered at a better price than the other retailers. Excellent customer service when I contacted them by email to find out when my delivery would be. Arrived quicker than I thought. Definitely would order from them again.

There is no customer service….
There is no customer service….
Got an issue with two chairs I have purchased, left messages, emailed tried online chat, no response.
After leaving a review I was contacted and I have got to say they were very efficient, the matter was dealt with within a couple of days and the chairs are being replaced as there is a manufacturing fault with the cushions.
I did ask if I could purchase a better quality chair but do not know the answer as yet.

Delivery was prompt
Delivery was prompt, I did have to call to inquire when it was going to be delivered but it was delivered on time as promised. Chairs are lovely, as described in pictures on website. Really happy with purchase.

I ordered the blush pink snuggle chair, lovely item, easy to order and fast delivery. My only disappointment was with the delivery company who consisted of one man who basically said i would have to unwrap the chair to get it though the door and left me to tackle it!
