The service from buying to delivery was…
The service from buying to delivery was excellent. we received our chair as ordered within the timescale indicated.
Only further comment is that there was a great deal of packaging and we were left to unpack and dispose of materials ourselves. Think that 1. the driver could have helped and 2. the materials may have been recycled by the company

I cannot praise Joshua Interiors enough for the way they handled my purchase. Kyle has been brilliant with fast responses; excellent customer service and great understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and I am so pleased with my sideboard - exactly as described on the website. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Could not have been a better service…
Could not have been a better service from Joshua Interiors! Trying to get hold of garden furniture during the pandemic was no mean feat. But despite the delay (not the fault of JI!), Kyle communicated amazingly with us throughout and kept us constantly updated on the progress. We have had a slight issue with our table (again, not the fault of JI but the manufacturer) but Kyle very quickly rectified this for us. We are hugely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing service and great quality products.
We bought 4 chairs from here and unfortunately one was damaged in transit. After speaking to the customer service team, we received very prompt responses and they were extremely quick to sort us out a replacement. Cannot recommend enough - the chairs themselves are great quality also.

Excellent service
Excellent service, I dealt with an assistant over the web chat feature and they were able to get a quote for NI shipping within 10 minutes, tell me it was in stock, what day it would be shipped and when I would receive it.
The chair was priced a little higher than some online retailers, but the free shipping for mainland and quick despatch are brilliant.
Will definitely shop again.
