I will recommend Jovago.com for you anytime anyday, its convenient, the customer services is excellent, and my experience so far has been great.

I really enjoyed the service. I got what I needed.

The person which i have booked the room not attending my call at check in time because i have some identification problems then i have quit the place and booked room in other guest house.

if you ain't using jovago u ain't on the right part to first class hospitality........so buddy when next you think hospitality please do think jovago.com it fast and save.........

I booked for a room through this platform at New world Inn for two nights but unfortunately the room was not reserved after the booking was confirmed. I didn't get any notification that my booking had been cancelled. I was left @ my own mercy in searching for another apartment late @ night on the day I was supposedly lodged into my room. It appears there is no adequate synergy between Jovago.com and the hotels. I was personally told that they 've had instances when customers who booked through your platform don't get to turn up and that was the reason why my room was not kept for me.
Is rather unfortunate to have gone through such rigour after taken the pain in subscribing for the room online with or without any constraint.

Convenience is the first word,world Class and polite Customer care representative,accuracy in their services and lastly they find the best hotel for you while you just chill at home or in your office.

Jovago definitely make the process of booking a hotel very fast. Put just the information you need to you with little or no fluff.

Do not have words for the comment coz very happy with the service.

i recommend to all others that have not tried jovago to do so and they will be glad they did.

It was a great experience for me. I actually went for a seminar and when we arrived Abuja with my colleagues I was heading straight to my already booked hotel by jovago while others were busy asking around for hotel. It really made things easy for me and the fact I can do this at the comfort of my room and book hotel at a great distance through jovago.com. I will recommend this to all my friends.

Experience at Midas Hotel, Ado-Ekiti was excellent. Great improvement in the provision of social services for the betterment of visitors and inhabitants in that area of the country.

Upon our arrival, the staff were warm & friendly. Now on getting to my room, I wasn't disappointed. The bed was clean, tidy & well laid. The air conditiong system is in good working condition & the bathroom was also clean & functional. Lest I forget, the vicinity is fresh & airy with trees.
