I have been using this site for a couple of years now and my last purchase was partly damaged so I dropped them a quick email explaining that 2 of my cartridges were damaged and low and behold the next day a full box was delivered to me,now that’s what I call customer service, I wouldn’t dream of buying from anywhere else.

The website is not the easiest to navigate to start with but once you’ve got the hang of it it’s fine. Good communication once order is placed and fast delivery. When I accidentally ordered the wrong part they were very helpful and rectified my issue promptly and easily. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Faulty cartridges
Have recently purchased further teros pod cartridges. Unfortunately they all burnt out within an hour and looking at previous reviews it seems I’m not the only one who has experienced the same.
I did complain and after several emails back and forth which indicated I was using the incorrect liquids a replacement was finally sent.
I’m doubtful whether I will order again in the future.

Faulty wares
The coils for eGo AIO last less than a day before giving a burnt sensation (which is likely poisonous). I highly suspect this is a purposefull engineering flaw to make customers buy more coils. This is unaceptable, I will never buy anyting from this company in the future and also discoorage others from doing so.
