J Parkers (Retail) Reviews 

In the past i've given J Parkers poor reviews due to their slow delivery, lack of update of order status on their website and slow customer service response. However this time no complaints! - although the order status is still shown as 'awaiting fulfilment' on my account despite me having taken delivery a couple of weeks ago.

I bought a Jasmine plant and was over the moon when it arrived! It was perfectly packaged and arrived in perfect condition! Have had it for a week now and it is racing away with new growth and is really healthy! Not my first purchase and won’t be my last- I would happily recommend this company.

Ferns arrived damaged. Was informed they should recover and grow back. 3 out of 4 didn't grow.

I was very pleased with my first order , so I ordered a second shrub for my garden and it arrived in perfect condition and is doing well considering the hosepipe ban .

Plants had rattled about in the box causing some damage and had loosened from the pots, bad handling by the carrier.

I have bought plants etc. from Parker’s for more than 20 years and l have always been happy with the plants , good prices , well packed , and a fast delivery so the plants don’t suffer in transit .

The Kniphofias (Tawny King) were extremely well packed and a terrific size with a good root system. This is the first time I have used Parkers but wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The plants are well packaged and usually in first class condition, only not quite up to standard when they have been held up in transit

Awful quality products, most of which don’t survive and weren’t fit for sale in the first place and the worst customer service you can get; total battle to get your money back. This company used to be good but wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole now and after the abysmal products and service they have the cheek months later to pester me for a review! Date of experience listed as today since it’s the day they pestered me, no idea what date the sale was it was in the spring! Avoid this company!

Purchased 3 hydrangeas and they were truly awful. They were delivered dormant and hey ho they came to nothing. So very disappointed. Have purchased others from you and they are beautiful.
MAYBE AS A GOOD GESTURE YOU COULD SEND US REPLACEMENT HUDRANGEAS.

Never had a problem with ordering plants etc from Parker's. Great range quality and price. Love the offers every now and then, so tempting.

The packaging was somewhat damaged, however, the plants arrived in good condition. Once watered and rested, they are doing well.

Kept informed about my upcoming delivery which arrived well packaged and intact. I followed the instructions enclosed with my plant which is now settling in nicely in its new pot. A good price for my Hydrangea and I’m very happy with the service received from J Parkers.
