STAY AWAY!! SUCCESSFUL REJECTION AFTER 13 MONTH DISPUTE!! FAULTY VEHICLE AT POINT OF SALE PROVEN BY 2 ASSESSORS!!

Bought a Focus ST 31 May 2024 - by 7th October 2024 complete electrical failure, paperwork supplied with vehicle show previous attempts to fix a electrical problem, paper work showing extensive works carried out such as replaced cluster, ecu etc. But yet I was made out to be crazy like the fault started during my ownership.

For 13 months I tried and tried to get a resolution from JRP autos for a car thay was ruled faulty from sale by 2 independent assessors, keeping in mind I only had the car 17 months, so for 2/3rds of ownership i had a car in a garage for 6 months pretty much or stood on the road unable to be driven.

No real assistance from the dealer, deflected and shirked responsibility and always pushed the problem for someone to else to solve or for me to get answers from.

I offered him to buy the car back on 2 occasions, he refused, the car has now been taken on the back of a lorry as part of a successful rejection and I only got to this point because I had to involve the finance company to get a resolution.

Do not buy a car from here if you want after sales support and an honest trader, if you want stress and disappointment this your place to buy a car.

Not impressed at all, and wouldn't recommend.

My experience of buying a car from JRP Autos was excellent.
Jordan helped me with several issues and facilitated my purchase even with a few issues from my side.
Very helpful, understanding and supportive.

I purchased a vehicle from JRP AUTOS nearly a month ago for £25,495 for a Ford Mustang GT. While the sale itself went through, I still haven’t received my proof of purchase or the 12-month warranty documentation that was promised.
Despite following up several times, nothing has been sent. For such a large purchase, this is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Buying a car should come with proper paperwork and peace of mind — I’ve had neither so far.
Would strongly advise others to be cautious until this dealer improves their after-sales service.
I hope this is just a delay and not a reflection of how the dealership usually operates.

Returning customer…… been to Jordan a few times now 2 golf r’s and now a rs3… no doubt back for more in the future, Jordan always goes above and beyond and is very informative every step of the way. Every car I’ve had off him now he’s always made sure I’m happy before any deal is agreed. Any questions I’ve had he’s been happy to answer. Would recommend jrp highly. The only time I had an issue it was sorted within 2 days and back in my hands with proof of work. My only complaint is you keep making me buy cars off you ahaha

Stay away at all costs!

Bought an RS3 from here. Got pressured by there separate finance team “Jigsaw Finance” to get warranty out so I did. Car had some
Problems first month of having it, messaged JRP and explained. Basically ignored, didn’t want to help or have anything to do with it. Thought to myself Id pay out of my pocket for the little bits that need doing eg. Front BALD tyres, which was illegal. I eventually got 4 brand new ones. 5 Months down the line the Beval box (transfer box) has broke causing the rear differential to lock. Audi quoted 3.5k for transfer and 7k if the differential is broken. The car wasn’t maintained before purchase by the garage it was basically a rushed job. Garage basically said they can’t help because I’v taken warranty out through Jigsaw finance who they work alongside. Im not stuck with no car, a likely 10k bill and extortionate monthly payments through non of this been my fault. My advice, stay clear of all three. Cowboys. Just a warning to others as I don't want anyone to go through what I have been dealing with past 7 months!!
I purchased a car from this dealership and have been fighting to get my money back for over 7 months, I had to go through the finance company to do so, as he refused to give my money back.
I also found out that the car had been salvaged which was not disclosed at time of sale
I had a indepent inspection report carried out by an independent assessor.
His opinion of this car was it should not be utilised to any degree until substantial repairs have been taken!
I was left out of pocket as I had to hire a car for 6 weeks
Issues I had within first 3 weeks
Gearbox problems
Engine pouring out water
Burning oil
Parking sensor faults
Emg light on
Rear diffuser hanging off
Front bumper had holes in from where splitter wasn't secure
Mouldy seats
Screenwash pouring onto floor (after just had mot)

Just a warning If anyone is looking to buy a car from this dealership then I strongly suggest you save your money, and go elsewhere, because they ripped me right off!!

Purchased an Audi A5 Coupe from this fabulous business.

Absolutely fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble for Jordan. He was extremely patient with my numerous calls about the car and its specification.

When i arrived at the dealership the car was ready to view and quite frankly, immaculate. Jordan was keen to point out a slight scratch which i could not even see (it polished out with a rag).

I have now had the car for almost a month and i have had absolutely no issues. The car wa 45K miles below the expected level for its age and drives beautifully.

I have two teenagers and will be back to him for both of their cars.

I cannot recommend this chap highly enough, give him a visit - you will be happy you did.
