First class after sales service

When I arrived for my appointment, I was greated by reception, made to feel valued and welcome. My details were confirmed, I was given a free bus pass should I want to go into town, while my Civic had a new fuel pump fitted under recall. When I returned, 90 minutes later, my car was ready for collection. There was no smell and the interior was exactly as I left it. First class service. Thanks, Honda Shrewsbury.

Recall and warranty

Car went in for x2 recalls and some warranty work for a leather seat replacement due to tear marks.
Honda customer service was top marks and couldn't fault the booking in and front desk service, however when picking the car up there was some minor scuff marks and dirt left inside the driver well which was disappointing but after a rub down it went away luckily.

Mazda in Telford

Very positive buying experience

Firstly I have had the car for a week with no issues as of yet so can't review there customer service for problem solving.
The buying experience was very positive. I dealt with Pete who was great at answering my questions and requests. Will definitely use them in the future and have no problems recommending them and Pete.
If i were to pick on something that could possibly be made better it would be a longer test drive.

Friendly and efficient.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient and the service was completed within the time quoted. I was given a price for the service beforehand which was helpful as I knew what to expect.

Great experience

The car was taken in to rectify a fault so it was a recall. They also did a vehicle health check and identified a fault with the front wipers. I was given the option of having them replaced which was done quickly while we enjoyed a cup of coffee. The whole experience was very good.
