Can’t fault JT Hughes Honda

Can’t fault JT Hughes Honda. Excellent service and attention to detail. They seem to care about my car and care about me.
Even though my car is a classic, 2003 BMW M3 and not a new Honda, I get the same level of service.
Demi on the desk is amazing too.

“Did we deserve 5 stars”

I had an email asking: “Did we deserve 5 stars?”

Yes — 1* for each time you took my car back for repair and failed to fix the issue you promised would be resolved before I even bought it.

It wasn’t until the sixth attempt that you finally did what I had requested after the second failure: send it to an Audi garage. Had you listened then, it would have saved everyone six repair attempts, two courtesy cars, and months of unnecessary hassle.

Instead, I was left repeatedly reporting the same unresolved fault and feeling like “that customer” every time I walked through your doors.

I imagine your customer service is far better for those buying brand-new cars. Unfortunately, that’s not the experience I had. After six months of chasing, I’m just relieved the car is finally fixed.

I sent this review via email but as it wasn’t graced with a response, I’ve replied publicly. Because I can see others have had a similar experience.

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. On way to airport in Ioniq5 and car warning lights came on so had to return home. Phoned to make arrangements for repair and was told to bring in. After Googling and questioning whether we should drive as they were not able to accommodate until following week, we were then told not to drive vehicle and it had to be recovered.
We then had to wait for the allocated slot and even though they had the part needed the day before, it was still not finished on that day. I was dropped at work, only for me to chase when I had not heard back that it wouldn't be ready that day either.
Poor communication, customer service and after speaking with their Service Manager after requesting a courtesy vehicle to get home he said unless I could get to garage to sign papers I couldn't have car. Had he forgotten I had no way to get there after work other than to walk and they would be closed by that time.

Excellent customer service from Mazda



I purchased a used Mazda from a non
Mazda dealer in Derby. 2 hours after collecting it when travelling back home to Wales the oil light came up on the dashboard. Took the car straight to the Mazda dealer in Telford for assistance. The staff there were so helpful and even though they were busy they checked the car and diagnosed the cause (there was one litre of excess oil in the engine). They took my car in and resolved the issue. So grateful for their help - best experience of a dealership I have had. Thank you

A happy customer

Very good but check details

The staff were very friendly, helpful professional. Very good having car cleaned - nice touch. On both occasions there was an issue with the time the car was required. It was sorted but could have been avoided. I would suggest that a quick call is made before the day of the service to confirm arrangements and times. This would have avoided the issues on both of my visits.

Yearly service

My car went in for a service and I had to wait. I was there just over 2 hours and the customer service was great. There was a choice of hot and cold drinks for you to help yourself to and my car had been cleaned prior to handing the keys back. Both fast and efficient, thank you for a great service on both counts.

Customer service

The girls on the customer service desk were very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable.

The service and mot were carried out on time within an accurate estimate being sent out promptly before the work was carried out and the courtesy car was clean and tidy.
