Over 2 weeks for delivery....no actual apoligies only blaming a myhermes.

We apologise that your order was delivered late.
This delivery problem was due to the delivery address being a retail premised at a motorway service station and the driver having restricted access due to controlled barriers. As it turns out, the telephone number you supplied to us was incorrect, the driver had tried contacting you every day to gain entry and was leaving messages on the answerphone. Obviously, as this was not your number you did not receive them.
We were in constant communication with you by email but at no point did you provide us with a valid telephone number.
Customer selected cheapest 5 day delivery service. Refund was declined as insufficient information was provided with the order to deliver within the specified time frame.
Super service
I've just bought a magimix which I received as promised. Unfortunately there was a broken lid, which I immediately wrote to juice land. They responded within 30 min. and 2 days after they have arranged for a new lid being to be sent. That's great service. I'm looking forward to recieving it.

Think carefully before buying from Juiceland
I bought a juicer from Juiceland. It arrived in a reasonable time... but I'm now having problems with it. Juiceland don't sell parts for it - even though it is an expensive investment. Instead of helping me with the warranty claim - they also just pass me on to the distributor.
I could have bought directly from the distributor online as well - why bother involving Juiceland - if they add no value , and are not as helpful as they could be when the product has problems ?

Apologies for any confusion here.
Firstly, we do sell parts for this machine but you requested parts under warranty. As per the warranty information contained with the juicer, parts requests under warranty must be made to the Tribest distributor in the UK. We supplied you with the contact details for Tribest.
You could have purchased from the distributor as they do have an online shop but you were not aware of this at the time of buying, plus the distributor charges far more than we do for the same product.
The reason customers buy from us is due to the time we spend with them helping select the correct product, we go to great lengths testing these machines so we can offer honest opinions. You would not get this help from the distributor whose main aim of having an online presence is to show a higher price for the same product to encourage customers to buy from their retailers as they do not have the resource to offer the same service.
With this particular distributor, the policy is to refer customers to them for warranty claims, with other distributors we are asked to deal with the problem ourselves. This policy differs from distributor to distributor and we are sorry if you have taken offence to this. Many large companies have the same policy eg. Magimix, KitchenAid, Nespresso - so it is not unusual.

Great Stuff
Must say I'm quite delighted with one of my first forays shopping online. Didnt really have much choice but to buy online as these products are not available in the shops.
Called a couple of companies to get some more information and spoke to a wonderful lady at Juiceland who spend nearly an hour on the phone with me going through all the different types of juicers available.
Decided to purchase from here as I felt very confident that a company would spend this much time with someone.
Juicer arrived next day within a 1 hour time frame and its a fantastic machine called the Hurom juicer.
Buy with confidence - I did!
