Unable to return
Accidentally ordered the wrong item, immediately contacted their CS team, didn't hear back until the article had shipped. They charge for returns so I ended up keeping it and will sell on. If I had ordered correct item, I'd been pleased with delivery time and packaging.

I purchased 2 jeans,Both wonderful quality and received them within about 4 days. Had to return one due to waist being tight. Return and replacement received back again with a few days. Wonderful and efficient customer service and great prices on designed brands!

Product description not clear
Product description not clear - Birkenstocks were narrow width although not indicated with other sizing information or on the main product page. You have to click in ‘sizing help’ which you generally wouldn’t click if you know you are a size 6. Paid £3.95 postage and delivery took 4 days. Then had to pay £4.50 to return. Waste of time and money.
