I talk with them on instagram and email my order is canceled and not getting refund from last 2 months and blocked me from their social media channels dont buy anything from them i check reviews for selling reps as well

Never buy from Julez Supply. I bought a pair of shoes in June that never arrived. I have spoken to them countless times. There are always excuses as to why you don't get your money back. When the money was finally returned, they withdrew 290 euros the next day. Total scam company! Stay away.

No one gets any shoes delivered from them.

I ordered shoes and waited patiently but after the shipping window passed with no update I reached out and the customer support seems to care more about you deleting your negative review than serving the customer.

I finally got a refund a month and a half after I reached out and after 3 negative reviews and constant back and forth.

If you are having a hard time receiving a response from customer service my best advice would be to leave a 1 star review and wait for them to come.

9 months ago I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, not one of them arrived, I've been negotiating a refund for about 6 months, I haven't even received half of it yet. Only promises that he will send the money but then he doesn't write back or send anything, from Sunday to Monday he wrote to me that he will call but again nothing. I don't recommend ordering anything. It's absurd that for several months he has promised a refund but hasn't sent even half of it and continues to make up stories and ignore messages
Update : After seeing my review, he reported the 2 payments where he didn't even send the correct amount. and on instagram he typed me goodbye.
So as you can see he saying that he message me about my refund which is not true he promised so many times he sending but nothing . I called to my bank about this several times but no payments sent from their side just promises and excuses he even try to threat that if i dont delete review i dont get any money

They also said they would send a refund but I never received one. Almost 8 months later and I still have not received my shoes or refund. Save yourself the trouble and do not give these scammers your money.

Worst experience. Drop weeks are a con, if you look on the website now, you will see €2000 sneakers sitting for €250 this is because drops weeks are a way to get you to subscribe and pay money. They never send the items you have ordered. If you place orders they won’t refund you for 4-6 months or ever ship the item you have ordered. Please just stay clear, they make you feel guilty about it all they will message you to remove reviews. Please please avoid for your own sake.👍
