We’ve been in jump inc Speke Liverpool many times and we loved it but they’ve changed the prices in slush you used to pay for the big cup and be able to refill the drink and now they charge £2.5 for every refill ?
Loved the place but these things make I’ll find another place for parties and weekends play dates

Bicester. Parking problems. Dirty. Smelly. Tired. Chip fat smelling cafe with no seats. Horrible experience.

Top place, kids love it...yummy pizzas, slushy & so much to do on the inflatables. Parents love it as can have a cuppa or wine! Good food, entertainment & best of all tires them out!

Highly recommend Leeds jump inc, the staff are amazing the kids get to run riot and let off steam parents get to catch up. Always a fab day out xxxx

Jump Bicester is fantastic. Louise and her team do a great job in running the place. It's our son's second home to be honest - always friendly. Highly recommended.

My son and his friend really enjoy yes they’re jumping today. Thomas was really helpful on the trampolines.

Went to Beverly jump inc and it was a really lovely place however didn’t realise you have to pay full price and for socks for newborn babies that most definitely cannot go onto the play area.

Took my 2 sons aged 8 and 11 and they both had an absolute blast, and the staff are very friendly too.

From arrival with my neurodiverse grandson Isaac the various staff I encountered were extremely helpful, considerate and accommodating. Everything was scrupulously clean and all staff were welcoming and attentive. Most importantly Isaac thought it was really cool and exciting - I agree!

Jump Beverley Unbelievably POOR experience. After booking a party months in advance for our sons 7th birthday we were called at 4.30pm the day before to explain the equipment was being replaced and wasn’t ready! The explanation given was ‘it will be great when it’s finished but it isn’t ready yet’ With less than 24hours notice we got a phone call which was lacking in information and therefore we had no option but continue with our party the following day - the alternative was to let down 10 7 year old children who were excited for a party. Upon arrival one member of staff explained she’d been shouted at non stop by disappointed families all weekend. General admission was still being allowed so despite the remaining equipment being much smaller other children could still enter the play area (at a discount of 50%) when we finally got our party food there was no ice cream so some children missed out on dessert as slushies were offered which some children disliked. We were told no chocolate bars or sweets were available as an alternative it was slushie or nothing. No manager was available on our party day and we were told the area manager was only contactable via email (not phone) when emailing to no surprise the address is invalid.
In summery the service was sub par, we got 10 hours notice about the lack of equipment before our party, they didn’t provide dessert options despite being out of ice cream and no one is contactable to be able to offer us some kind of refund - in honesty I want 100% of our party cost back. We will not be looking to book here for a party again! AVOID!!!

Jump Inc was an amazing experience. I booked for my son to have his Birthday party there with a bunch of his friends. The host was simply amazing and they were all so great with the children. They adapted to our needs and when we said about an adult dressing as spider-man and pretending to be so for the children they were equally as excited and encouraged and enhanced that experience. Was an amazing time!

We went to the Leeds branch of Jump inc. today for my daughter's birthday party and were really impressed by the service provided by the girl assigned to look after our group. She was really helpful in explaining things to the girls, bringing regular drinks and the party food in a timely a d friendly manner. Very much recommended and the girls had an amazing time on the apparatus.
