This was one of the best therapeutic clearances of house and garden waste I could have hoped for. Brilliant service and communication which within one day of my call and the viewing on the next had cleared my horrible mess and junk and cut back the garden weeds today. When I asked for a quote to demolish and remove an old wooden garden shed, they sent someone within an hour. Offered to do the job the very next day. Came promptly, tidied up after themselves, and stuck to the original quote. Can't fault them.

Extremely satisfied with their haulage services. Two guys arrived on time with full size truck at our house in North London on June 29. They were pleasant, and worked non-stop clearing furniture from the house in two hours flat. No mess on the street or anywhere in the house or front yard.
Junk Hunters quoted the best price, lower other 3 firms I had requested quotes from.

The two men arrived bang on time. A good start. They were amazing knew exactly how to manoeuvre the big chairs and an even bigger sofa.Then a bed and mattress. It took them between 10 and 15 minutes at the most. We’re on the first floor so they had to get them into the lift. They were so polite and the lady that organised the booking was too. Can’t fault them. Would recommend.

3 guys arrived on time, were thoroughly professional and efficient throughout.

We have used this service on three occasions this year, as part of a major house renovation.

I would highly recommend Junk Hunters, having now used their services twice over the past 12 months.

The customer service is excellent, they are very quick to reply to emails and the team who completed the job were very friendly and efficient.

I also thought their pricing structure was very fair, I was unable to give an accurate weight estimate for the refuge being collected but this was easily addressed by Junk Hunters. The collection team were able to weigh the refuge, with the final price coming in at the lower end of the initial quote range. Payment was very easy, as the collection team had a card machine.
