I use them every year for an annual office clear out.
Something feels different this year with the admin team - feels like a call centre perhaps, I'm not sure but not as easy to deal with. The driver does get lost every year which is a bit frustrating but once he's here, he and his colleague clear all the rubbish efficiently and the price is fair. I'll continue to use.

From the first call to pricing up the job this company were brilliant. The explained everything and answered all my questions in what was an emotional time. There response time was fast and booked in swiftly. The house was cleared as arranged and even checked whilst on site about a few extra items and removed them when I Confirmed I did indeed also want them taken.

The teams were very professional, polite and effective and completed a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Always great reasonable prices clean any messes after the collection and always asking if there is any more to be collected given the said confirmed price so it does not go up if the collection is just one more additonal thing.

Continuous communication, arrived on time, professional service provided. All in all quick and easy at competitive price.

They came on time, did the job super fast and they were helpful guys too.

I established from my local council that they do not hold a list of approved waste disposal contractors. Furthermore, it was made vey clear in council publications that as a househoder I will be ultimately responsible if a waste collection and disposal goes astray.
So I then set about with due diligence an internet search to try and identify contractors who play by the rules.
Fortunately I found Junk Hunters.
Apart from being fully licenced and established for over 10 years, their collection of my waste resulted in a signed Waste Tranfer Note for my records.
Their communication is excellent.
I will have no hesitation in using their services in the future when the need arises.

I have had an excellent and professional experience of clearing out my flat in W2 with Junk Hunters. There was an immediate WhatsApp follow up to my initial telephone call confirming my appointments and we kept in continuous contact. They sent a very helpful person to evaluate my needs (I had some awkward and large pieces of furniture) the day before and the actual removal work was done rapidly and at the time we agreed with an efficient and friendly team. Highly recommended.
