My purchase was for a limited edition vinyl record, which was priced very reasonably. I ordered just after midnight on the Saturday and my order had been processed with tracking number available by mid-morning. Shipped the same day as ordering, Royal Mail delivered it the next day - on a Sunday. The LP was sent in a robust cardboard envelope to protect it during shipping and it arrived in mint condition.

Another order with Juno, great price, with spot on delivery. No issues. Will be using again.

Disappointed. I’ve been collecting records for 45+ years, during which time I have bought from a lot of record shops and in more recent years have used various online suppliers. If ever there is an issue with a pressing, and let’s be honest, there is quite frequently issues, particularly with scratches or other damage in the pressing. Sometimes the record may even bee warped. Considering the cost of records I just send them back and ask for a replacement.
In my most recent order with Juno, one of the albums supplied had a fault in the pressing resulting in a series of thumps and it was warped too. Well, the process or should I say hoops, that Juno want me to jump through to get it replaced seem a bit restrictive, certainly not helping in the disappointment. Can I send a video of the damage? Then told of the returns process, how many days they require and then told that as I’ve been a good customer, with this being my first return, they would be happy to replace it. No mention is my consumer rights and distance selling.

Easy to see which record formats are available, and to order and send payment.

CD arrived in good time. Juno were perfect as usual.

I've been ordering from Juno for years now, and I felt after my recent order a 5 star review was needed! I ordered 2 double vinyl records, one a hard-to-get U.S import that was 10% off on sale, and the other a pricey addition to my collection I've wanted for a long time. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue but customer support were straight onto it and immediately sent a replacement.
They have a massive selection of stock, including regular import items, postage is reasonable and very fast, and as I mentioned earlier their customer service is superb.
The only downside is that it's far too easy to spend too much money!!
