Loft hatch as described, delivered promptly and installed easily. Needs a bead of caulk around the frame against the ceiling but nothing significant.

Very Helpful guidelines from your staff however I could not use suggested locks and it turns out that the loft lid is not a Jupiter Blue make but some nondescript that the builder used on the house. the building company have gone bust hence cant find a copy of manufacturer.so like most things in the house makeshift looms

Great service from Jupiter Blue
We ordered the Laddatrap Economy Loft Hatch from Jupiter Blue online & whilst there was an advise note there could be a delay on delivery it arrived within 2 days.
The loft hatch itself is great, was very easy to install, is a great fit and looks neat and more modern than our old loft hatch.
We are really happy with the whole service received from Jupiter Blue & would highly recommend the loft hatch & this company based on our experience.

I ordered a standard off the shelf air tight loft hatch a few months ago where the plasterer then changed the apperture size.
Returned no bother and just received bespoke sized one which went in first time too. Very happy

I contacted Jupiter Blue by phone and they answered all my questions clearly and concisely. The hatch and ladder arrived within the promised time frame, professionally packaged and undamaged. The made to measure hatch fitted perfectly and was easy to install as was the ladder. All in all a very pleasant experience.
