Fast delivery, no complaints; no instructions
Product (loft hatch) arrived well ahead of predicted date, well-packaged and in good condition (one small transit ding to the insulation on the hatch, but nothing worth complaining about).
As a DIYer, about the only point I feel could have been better is that no installation instructions were included. Web video was useful, but one point in particular could have done to have been stressed. And I had to go back to the product details on the website to verify the correct opening size to construct. Actual installation was easy enough, but I hit a problem that I had to figure out for myself, with a couple of the screws initially fouling the hatch and preventing it opening once closed. There's nothing unreasonable in that; if I can't figure something out, I probably shouldn't be doing it. But it could simply have been just that bit better.
I'm going to need to add a ladder at some point, but I must admit I'm a little nervous at the idea of possibly having to figure the installation details out for myself again.
