I contacted Jura, which is really CW Sellors, on 29th April 2025 to enquire about delivery of a watch and to ask for a discount.

The salesman, who could as easily have been selling used cars as watches, told me the watch would be sent with Royal Mail. He expressly said that if I bought it, it wouldn't arrive the next day, but probably the day after. That was important because the watch was to be a birthday gift for the following week.

He sent me a discounted price and I bought the watch.

The following day I received an email telling me the watch would be with me by 28th May 2025.

I contacted Jura and spoke to the same salesman by telephone who denied confirming delivery described above. I told him the order was cancelled immediately and said I wanted a refund. The salesman attempted to tell me I'd have to accept a credit note, until I asked him if he wished me to recite the Distance Selling Regulations.

I suspected he was one of those awful commission type salesmen who would sell sand if they were paid enough.

I confirmed the order cancellation by email and my demand for a refund.

I received an email the same day informing me my refund of over £2000 would be with me within 7-10 working days.

I waited patiently but the refund didn't arrive by the end of the tenth working day. I sent another email, which didn't receive a response.

I then sent a letter before action necessary to sue for debt recovery at the County Court. I received a response figuratively hitting me over the head with CW Sellor's terms of business, which wouldn't withstand scrutiny in light of the Unfair Contract Terms Act in my view.

I eventually got my refund today, almost a month after I asked for it.

I do wonder if the delay was caused by Jura/ CW Sellors having to issue many refunds, which would not surprise me because in my experience it sells items it hasn't got in stock, gives false and misleading information and has a, at best, dubious sales ethos. Jura/ CW Sellors replied to this review with the usual platitudes and said they'd look in to the matter etc., but nothing will be done.

Avoid both Jura and CW Sellors, better options exist, and by reference to reviews it seems people agree.

I placed an order for a watch but then changed my mind as I found an alternative at a much better price. I contacted Jura Watches to cancel my order. This was before they had received the watch from their supplier and obviously before it had been dispatched. Therefore a refund should have been trivial to process. Unfortunately over 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and Jura watches do not reply to my communications.

Update 30/05/2024 - After trying to contact Jura by email, telephone, their WhatsApp number and their online chat (all not responded to) I have had to submit a chargeback claim with my credit card provider. Jura Watches clearly do not give a hoot about UK consumer law, their reputation or the experience of their customers.

Update 02/06/2025
I was contacted by Jura Watches on 31st may to say they had finally processed the refund (please note that it has not shown up in my credit card balance so I have to take their word for it). This is 24 days after I requested the order cancellation. UK consumer law states that I am entitled to a refund within 14 days. So they had indeed broken UK consumer law.

Aaron and Harriet were both magnificent. Happy with my experience.

My new watch just stopped suddently after 4 months and C W Sellors promptly returned it to the manufacturers. I thought maybe it was a faulty battery, but it seems the whole movement was replaced, which surprised me. Surita in particular was very helpful keeping me updated with its progress and I received it back today - so far working perfectly 🤞 So .... THANK YOU!!

Had a fantastic purchasing experience with Jura. Rang up to check stock availability before placing an online order. Answered immediately and was offered an additional discount. Watch arrived next day. Fantastic!

I ordered a watch which is slightly harder to find in stock in the UK so I knew when purchasing I’d have to wait a little for the product to be shipped. Throughout the process I felt like I was emailed and kept informed as to when I was going to receive the product, and it did then arrive in the time scale they said in the email. When it came it was nicely packaged and I’m happy with everything received. I also got a discount due to the bank holiday offer. So overall can’t really ask for more than that and was pretty happy with the service.

I ordered my Fenix 8 from Jura Watches / C W Sellors on the 10th April 2025. Sadly I wasn’t informed at that time that the watch wasn’t in stock. After several email exchanges promising that the watch was on order and would be a couple of weeks it was delivered over a month later in the 23rd May. The watch itself is great, however I am disappointed with the service provided and lack of updates re the delivery timeline.

I was offered a very good price on a Garmin Fenix 8 Ti Sapphire that was on back order. Good comms at every stage and excellent price meant the experience was good despite waiting 3 weeks for re-stock and delivery. Obvs not the dealers issue. Would recommend this store. Have used years ago and will use again.

I placed an order a week ago for an in stock watch. I had to write an email 3 days later and ask for tracking details. I have been told that the item was ordered from manufacturer, and I will be provided with parcel number shortly. What a surprise they started ignoring my email - no update, and no watch. Apparently, the watch is in stock on the manufacturer website, for the next day delivery. Considering other 1-star reviews, I should have spent couple quids more and get the watch from manufacturer website. Such a disgusting customer service, which actually does not exist. Shame on you!

Edit: the Customer Service team contacted me 3 days later and explained the product is on back order from manufacturer with ETA of min. 4 weeks. The watch is still available at manufacturer’s website for the next day delivery…

Edit2: after 4 week period (17/06) still no update with new ETA. I’m feeling properly scammed as the watch is available at manufacturer’s website all this time. I may get my watch next year hopefully 🤞

Edit3: missed 4 weeks deadline, now it becomes 8 weeks… I have contacted the watch manufacturer, and they don’t have any supply issues, as continuously stated in messages from Jura Watches customer service that they must wait for it to arrive from manufacturer. Unbelievable…

Great price, great service. I had been looking at a particular Seiko watch for some time, trying to get the best price I could. I got an email from Jura promoting their Easter sale - and got the watch iI’d been looking for at the best price I’d seen . Very Happy!

If I could rate my recent experience with Jura watches in terms of the service I have received it wouldnt register on the scale, it has been truly appalling.
I ordered a limited edition Breitling Chronomat on 19th January through their Sales Manager who also offered me a 'deal' by throwing in a complimentary rubber watch strap. The watch arrived in good time at the end of January, I was very pleased with it. The issue was the 'complimentary' rubber strap, clearly not the standard size when I got it out of the box as it was way too small. I sent it back the following day assuming it would be replaced quickly, this is where I was wrong. All told, it took 10 weeks to get the replacement. I was jubilant when the postman arrived on 11th April with my parcel, opening it I thought, this is it, all done....how wrong was I?...great new strap but no buckle! Several emails and calls made from then until delivery of the buckle that arrived today, 22nd May.... a total of 123 days to fulfil my order!
I have bought many watches over the years and when you are spending a significant amount of hard earned money I guess I expect good service, good communication and honesty? This was sadly lacking, communication was mainly one way (ie. me calling them as they rarely respond to emails. They also do not respond to any Whatsapp messages) but what disappointed me most was the dishonesty. To put this into perspective I called their customer services team the week after Easter to chase up delivery of the buckle, I get told 'it was dispatched from Breitling on 17th April so will be with us soon'. I called again only a couple of days ago where I am told there are production delays and it will be another couple of weeks! It then turned up today!
In my opinion, if an organisation provides excellent service, looks after you and treats you with some degree of respect and curtesy then customers will return. I can honestly say that this has to be the worst customer experience I have ever had when buying a watch and like many other reviewers, I will not be ordering again from Jura Watches. My advice....go and buy elsewhere, you wont regret it.

Bought a seiko king turtle from Jura, have purchased a few watches now- very good service always, if it’s in its pretty much next day if not you are accurately informed of delivery, also they obviously do QC checks as I got a perfectly aligned seiko as all my others have been.
I’ll use Jura regularly.thanks.

Found a beautiful travel jewellery case that was quite expensive, but found at Jura for less than half the price on the brand's website. Faultless service and will definitely shop from their website again.

In short, I placed an order for an in stock item, which turned out to not be in stock and it then took nearly a month to get a refund.

I placed my order on the 16th of April for a watch that was labelled available to order on the website, I receive an email stating my order had been processed. I then receive an email stating the watch had been ordered from the manufacturer and that I'd be provided with an update when they know when it'd arrive. Days pass, no update, so on the 23rd I called and was told that the watch was on backorder and I could expect it in three to four weeks, but possibly not before the end of May.

Considering that I could have placed the order direct from the manufacturer and received it next day, I chose to cancel my order and do exactly that. Next day, I have my new watch, but it took Jura Watches from the 23rd of April to the 17th of may to actually refund me.

Never again will I use this company.

I ordered a Seiko Prospex, but when it arrived, it didn't float my boat. Contacted Jura, returned it. Got a Seiko Turtle 1968 Re Imagined instead. The staff were exemplary. Big shout out to ELLIS, for my original purchase. HOPE for replying to my emails. HARRIET, for talking me through my exchange. And AARON, who carefully packed and dispatched it for me. Could not be happier guys. You are a credit to your company. I will definitely be using Jura again.

Ordered a Garmin watch on 17th April. I trusted this website as it was on top cashback. It's now 17th May still not received my goods and money has been taken. I have to call or email to get an update. How can a company take money for something , no communicate about itz if they never had stock of it in the first place. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be going to trading standards as this company should not be allowed to trade.

A manager finally called me on Friday 23rd trying to resolve the issue..he gave me some reasonings as for the delay on a nearly £200 watch. He was nice enough on the calls and offered a discount, stated the watch will be with me by 1st week of June. I declined as purchased another watch. He said he would pass to the refund team and they will be in touch.

No one has been in touch and I have contacted again today 30th May to be told I will not get any confirmation of refund until it's processed but yet I don't even know someone has the query. I informed that the manager should arrange to contact me instead of me them all the time..to check if I have had my refund he said we don't have to agree on this matter..wowwwwwwwww..

I have asked for an email stating specific info so I can take to trading standards. What a mess.......I asked who the ombudsman was to be told he doesn't know......I'm just so tired and will avoid this place at all costs

I bought the seiko prospex shog urai at a great price.The watch is a solid piece and looks great on the wrist,could not be happier.

The service, product, communication and price was excellent. Would totally recommend!

A nicely laid out website, good description of what you are buying and no hidden extras. Very quick postage and A+ communication throughout. Will buy from again and would definitely recommend to anyone else.
