Recently bought a Norqain Wild one and couldn't be more happier with the watch. I've been buying from Jura for years now, and as always, the process of buying the watch and their customer service is excellent. They are my first choice authorized dealer when buying watches and look forward to buying more watches from them in the future

Bought a Boss watch from Jura. Same watch at a considerably cheaper price. Much better value than the High St retailers and a much better service. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Ordered a Norqain skeleton. It was on backorder so I paid a deposit. When it came in, I didn't pay the balance immediately and they sold it out from under me. I was promised the watch would be sent within 10 days. After 25 days I cancelled the order. Over 20 days later and the order is cancelled and the balance payment was refunded but the deposit was not. Their customer service person who promised "you will have a very different experience" has ignored almost every message from me. And yes, they were polite and reasonable. Ultimately had to dispute the charge,

can’t speak highly enough about Jura Watches and the exceptional service I’ve received over the years. From the moment you step through the door (or visit online), you’re treated with professionalism, care, and a true passion for horology.
But the real star of the show is Ellis – an absolute legend and hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been returning to Ellis for years for all my watch purchases, and for good reason. His knowledge is unmatched, his attention to detail is second to none, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I walk away completely satisfied.
If you’re considering a new timepiece, do yourself a favour and head to Jura Watches – and ask for Ellis. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience with Jura Watches (seemingly part of CW Sellors) has been terrible. I ordered a Garmin Fenix smartwatch from them in mid-March which was shown on their website as being "Available to order today for delivery: call us". On ordering I was charged full price on my card straight away. I was then sent an email saying that the watch has been ordered directly from the manufacturer and a delivery date would follow.
Then nothing for two weeks until I chased them and was given another non-committal reply about it "arriving in a few weeks". Then after another chase email from me after another two weeks I was told it was "coming in the next few days". I replied with a request for a precise delivery date and was not provided with one. No reply.
In 2025 it's not inconceivable to expect modern logistics to provide an accurate shipping date for a placed order, so I'll let you consider for yourself why Jura Watches was unable to provide this at any point.
With a month having passed at this point I requested a refund, and was told to expect this in 7-10 working days.
And then nothing again. After 10 further days of waiting I requested a same day refund and waited another two days for a response from them saying the refund had now been processed. Coincidentally or not this was the same day I had requested a charge-back from my credit card account. All this time my money that has been sitting in their bank account for six weeks at this point no doubt earning them some interest.
I could not fathom trusting this company with any order at this point, and attempting a high-end luxury watch purchase from them would be lunacy.
And I'll leave the reader to decide why the product status on the website was marked as "Available to order today for delivery: call us" and not "Available to order today. For delivery, call us." Innocently poor grammar?

In 2022 I submitted a form to sell them a watch. I never received a follow up email despite them saying they would be in touch.
On 8 April 2024 I ordered a watch which the website said was in stock, and no where did it mention any delays or waiting times. I called several times to get updates on the status of the order, each time being told "oh it won't be much longer and someone will call me back...", they never called me. Finally on 12 June 2024 having received no update on the order status, and obviously no watch, I emailed for a refund. I was told it would be passed to the cancellation team and to allow 4-5 days for the refund. No refund came within the time so I emailed again on the 23 June 2024. I received no response to this email but did receive the refund on 26 June 2024. This item was supposed to be a gift which I then ordered from another retailer and received within 3 days.
Fast forward to 8 April 2025 (same day oddly) I ordered another watch, again this was a gift, forgetting the previous issue I had. Again the website stated nothing about delays etc. I received a confirmation email...shortly followed by a direct email from the sales team saying they ordered directly from the manufacturer and they would let me know when it might be delivered, this triggered my memory of the previous incident and already I was annoyed I had ordered from these guys. On the 16 April 2025 I emailed to ask for an update because the website said it would be delivered in 7-10 days and though they were still in this window I was suspecting I would be having a repeat of the previous issue. I received a rather strange email back stating "they were still in the 7-10 day delivery window" and then started the next paragraph saying "we are experiencing delays and your watch is due to be received around early May...". Why point out to me you're within the delivery window if you already know it's going to be a month delayed. This is very poor service. They did offer to find an alternative watch to get out for next day delivery so they made an attempt to provide some level of satisfactory customer service. I couldn't wait for a month, to "maybe" receive my order and based on my previous experience I thought it better to cancel the order straight away which I did. I then had to email on 16 April 2025 to confirm cancelling my order and then emailed on 17 April 2025 requesting confirmation of the cancellation. Having received no response I followed up on the 23 April 2025 asking for a response to my previous email and the next day received a response that my refund would be processed and to please allow 10-14 working days which you'll note is now over double the amount of time from my previous years cancellation. The refund was indeed processed on the 13th working day and they did attempt to provide me with an offer of a discount (no idea what amount) in the future the next time I order. This time again I ordered from another retailer and received the watch (bear in mind this came through customs) within 3 days.
Safe to say I highly doubt I will ever order from this company again (based on me remembering). This kind of poor response and customer communication is just not good enough. As a watch buyer I understand there being production line delays and even limited availability but if there are things to improve on GREATLY it would be:
1) Transparency to the consumer. Do not advertise products for sale that have a delivery window that is completely different to the reality you then face.
2) Communicate openly and up front with customers. I should not have to chase you for an update to then be told I need to change my expected receiving date by a month!!. You should provide this information to the customer up front.
3) Never ignore reasonable customer interaction. I had to chase and chase on calls for my first purchase with lots of promises of return calls/emails which never came. The second purchase I had to chase and follow up to confirm that my refund was being processed. It leaves customers in the lurch on what is happening and if they will receive their money back. The company has to appreciate how this makes a customer feel and the high level of frustration it produces.
Doubt anyone would read this entire review but in short if you want my advise? This company sells watches you can fairly easily purchase from other retailers. The prices are always similar if not cheaper elsewhere so don't put yourself through the irritation I went through and order from somewhere else.

On 05.05.2025 I paid for a Garmin Marq II watch. It was supposed to be for my birthday. Unfortunately I did not receive any feedback on when it would be delivered. The website stated that it was in stock. Since then there has been no information regarding delivery. After that I asked for a refund of the purchase price. I also gave my bank account number, but there was no reaction! I am trying to get my money back, but there is no feedback! I wrote an email, WhatsApp and chatted with them. Nothing! I am very disappointed! I do not recommend it to anyone!
Best regards, a disappointed customer

Ordered a watch, and after three weeks it still hadn’t arrived from Switzerland. I then ordered a different watch and after four weeks was told it was outstanding from the Swiss manufacturers. At no time was I contacted and kept up-to-date. I only found this out from persistently phoning retailer. In total I’ve spent two months trying to purchase a watch only to ask for a refund. What a waste of time, rubbish service. I have since ordered a watch from another retailer and it arrived within two days.

SEVERE problems with inventory, think twice before purchasing!!
I purchased a watch online from Jura Watches during their Black Friday sale in late November (2024) hoping to have it by Christmas. Never did I imagine that this would result in an almost 6-month long saga that only ended with me getting my money back in May!
After ordering the watch and not hearing from them at all for a week (apart from a confirmation email), I got in touch regarding delivery and was told my watch would take another week. Following that week where I still didn’t get anything, I got in contact again, where I was told that the previous estimate was incorrect, and that my watch could take several months to arrive. At each subsequent time I contacted customer support (with several weeks between emails / calls), this number kept increasing. By the end, I was told it could take a year if not more(!!!). This made me so concerned I even got in contact with the manufacturer to confirm if this shop is an actual authorized retailer.
Their customer service, while generally available and communicative via email and phone, is completely useless in giving any actual information regarding when they are able to deliver on the products they are selling. They simply say that they don’t know- the watch may come soon, or it may not. As a customer purchasing a luxury watch, I find this completely unacceptable. I just do not understand how this is a meaningful way to conduct business. If they cannot supply a watch, they should not sell it, or at the very least contact you to warn you regarding supply times.
They did at one point offer me an alternative watch from their site instead of the one I ordered, but all they suggested were cheap, lesser watches that were already heavily discounted, presumably because it was inventory they were having a hard time getting rid of. Apart from that, no effort was made by them to make any right of the situation whatsoever.
I believe the problem lies with their website, which is extremely unclear regarding which units they actually have in stock. I imagine their service for watches they have in-stock is fine, but for ones they don't, at least from my personal experience, they are very happy to take your money and then figure out the rest later, all while stringing you along. Close inspection of their website does show delivery estimates for certain out of stock watches, but in my opinion, this estimate can be interpreted as either overly optimistic or deliberately misleading.
I will say that I at least did not encounter any issues receiving my refund (apart from having to wait 14 business days), but at the end of the day, I am simply disappointed. I didn’t want my money back, I wanted to have this watch and give it as a Christmas present. Hopefully my next Christmas will be better.
Overall, I certainly will never shop with Jura Watches again, and I would advise anyone considering it to really think twice and see if they can purchase what they’re after basically anywhere else.

I ordered a luxury timepiece on 20th April 2025, paid my deposit and arranged the finance which was accepted but was unable to electronically sign my agreement due to a glitch in their system. The team at Sellors/Jura were helpful but ultimately could not resolve the issue. I then ended up ordering from Watches of Switzerland who delivered the very next day. I am still waiting for a refund of my deposit some 17 days later despite numerous phone calls to them. At this point I will not order from this company again having spent plenty of money with them in the past.
Update. Just received my refund today 09/05/25 some 19 days later. If the company think this is acceptable then in my humble opinion they are mistaken.🤬

I ordered a luxury branded watch from Jura Watches over 4 weeks ago as a special gift for my wife’s 50th birthday. The advertised delivery time was 3–4 weeks, which seemed reasonable. However, I received no updates whatsoever during that time.
After chasing for information, I was told the watch was not in stock in the UK and had to be ordered from the manufacturer in Switzerland —something that was never communicated when I placed the order. Even worse, no one could give me a definitive delivery date, after many calls and requests for updates. I spoke to several members of staff and a manager on multiple occasions and was promised call-backs that simply never happened.
In the end, I had to source the watch directly from the supplier myself—who had it in stock and offered immediate collection. Not only was this incredibly stressful and disappointing, but I'm now an additional £400 out of pocket due to Jura’s complete failure to deliver or communicate.
This level of service is completely unacceptable from any business, let alone one that claims to specialise in luxury brands. I won’t be shopping with Jura Watches again—and I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

My second purchase for what was once again the best price for the watch I was interested in buying. The order was processed quickly. While I haven't worn the watch yet, it
was carefully packaged and looked as good as I expected. The bracelet was also adjusted as part of the order which was a bonus.
Overall, satisfied with Jura Watches, thanks.
