Once again, terrible customer service. How this shower stay in business I have no idea. I believe their system is set up to frustrate and grind down anyone with a legitimate complaint.

Dirty robbing scumbags take money then don't deliver the food. Disreputable dishonest company should be investigated

If you try this app you are in trouble
Most of the customer service is very long for any issue which can be sorted quick
If you cancel an order you have to be aware that they have a 100% cancellation fee on your order
It mean you won’t receive your order but will pay them
It is an absolute nightmare for the last couple of months
Delivery with missing items or cold or… because they pay the lowest the delivery rider

Just Eat Grocery Orders
I order groceries from local stores via Just Eat. The service varies, sometimes there are items missing on delivery. I used to apply for a refund via Just Eat and it was paid. Last few times Just Eat has refused to refund. I apply, they send an email 'looking into it' then reply refusing refund. Is this legal? I won't use Just Eat again and advise anyone thinking or ordering groceries not to risk it.

Please, anybody read these reviews? Delete the Just Eat app. It is becoming another joke. The partners are disgraceful and how they deal with you. They have no idea on what orders they’re putting together or what they’re putting in the bag. It is a happy go lucky hit and miss now whether you’re ordering groceries or a takeaway. Please people go back to the old-fashioned way ring the takeaway go to the supermarket. This app is disgraceful. The charges you get outrageous and the way they wish to treat you is just a complete other level. They don’t care about anybody but themselves and their fat profits they wish to make this app is disgraceful. Please people delete this app. Delete Uber Eats delete all your food apps and go back to doing it the old way. I will never use this company again And the only reviews all leave them will not be good for them because they are just disgraceful organisation

Ordered a Mcdonalds and it was a good sized order placed. got given by the driver someone else's order that only had two items in. Not sure who's mistake it was if it was Mcdonalds (as something is always wrong or missing) or if it was the drivers seen as they deliver as many orders as possible at the one time without checking the bags, anyway emailed just eat a picture with the proof i had someone else's order and they are refusing to refund me!! I am now out of pocket as the order I received was less than what I paid for. Ended up with no dinner. Absolute rip off, paid for something I haven't received I will not use this company again, scam artists that refuse to refund you.

Just Eat: Verified but terrible, I get incorrect food and missing items all the time. I have two kids and live well away from town so when I need a food delivery quick for the night, I lose a lot more money as you never get refunded and something is always wrong.

Absolutely shocking how they treat customers. I ordered a large meal for visiting family, it never turned up and when I spoke to the restaurant they said it had been delivered and customer gave the correct code. Just eat aren't interested and would have just as well called me a liar. I'm absolutely fuming

Order placed 20:22, packed time on receipt from restaurant 20:25, driver sat outside for almost 50 minutes leaving our food to become stone cold and inedible, finally collecting at 21:12. Just Eat wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order when they kept pushing the expected delivery time out because it was packed and the driver was sat outside. When it finally arrived items were missing and it went in the bin because it was stone cold, rubbery and inedible. Just Eat will not refund my full order only some of it when they are entirely in the wrong. None of the customer service agents are listening and despite repeatedly asking won’t give me details of where to submit a formal complaint. Agents: Abigail L, Riza, Kate B, Shivam, you are all disgraceful and completely incompetent.

They put the price of the food up, add a service charge, and then ask for a tip on top, If I don't pay a tip, my food arrives cold.

I ordered a McDonald’s on Thursday 8th August. I never received this order, no one came to my door and it was not delivered to me! This cost £17.23 and I have been trying to get a refund since. According to just eat due to their policy I cannot have a refund. I paid £17.23 for absolutely nothing. This is not the first time this has happened either, I had a grocery shop delivered which had a missing item this was £8/9 and it took almost a month to have this refunded. Just eat have ignored my requests all week to show me their results of their “investigation” which I find is highly unlikely they carried out considering it took minutes for them to tell me I couldn’t be refunded. This company is essentially stealing from people, I have no idea where my order was delivered, if it even was perhaps the driver took this? No investigation could’ve been carried out in that time space, they would not even have had time to contact the driver. Just eat if you see this I want my £17.23 back and I will never be using your site again. Uber eats will be my go to now.

My company have being awaiting. For gift card over 10 days. Cause ate business problem with customers not

Drivers damage food in transit and the company state that it's not in their policy to refund the value of the damaged item, including half empty drinks even with photos of the damage to the soaking wet bag. This company don't even earn 1 star. Have tried to give this company a chance but they fail and still take your money. Thieves

I’ve read some horrific reviews experienced by customers of Just Eat but I can only say that my own experience has been extremely positive. I have placed scores of orders on Just Eat with Caffe Venice (my favourite local restaurant in Greenock) and have in the main been very pleased indeed with both the quality of the food and also the prompt delivery by polite and friendly couriers. There has only been one exception when the courier mixed up my order with someone else. I immediately sent a text to Just Eat explaining this mixup and within a couple of hours the refund showed up in my Just Eat account. As I said I can only vouch for my own very positive experience.

Always found the just eat platform easy to use and user friendly, way better than deliveroo. Only concern is you cant contact a human being when there is an issue.

Unhelpful customer service

No longer free delivery if you spend a certain amount. And higher "service charge" Greed.

I didn't receive my order 2 times in a row!!And they kept going to the wrong place when we simply put our address right THERE! Simple as that!The first time the driver was 41 minutes away from us! How is that possible, these people man!!Get it right and pull it together how hard is a simple order!let alone get lost twice!Unbelievable!! IM NEVER GOING TO ORDER HERE AGAIN!!

Appalling customer service. A platform for complaints is provided but complaints are ignored. I’d rather no platform if there is no intention of investigating and reporting back to the customer. There are plenty of other food delivery services so just eat should remember that.

Please tell your riders not to cycle along pedestrian paths in the parks. There are cycle paths for cyclists but please also note that commercial vehicles are not allowed in the parks without a licence
