Absoutley hate the service just way delivers. My address keeps on getting pinned wrong on the map no matter how many times I change how many times I make a new account the pin does not stay at my address some drivers have let just eat no this but still nothing has changed I’ve lost over £70 on orders and I think this is disgusting because I when I inform yous, I’ve had one off your staff basically call me a liar because it keeps on happening but that’s not my fault so I don’t even get refunded any more ot a new order so I’m always loosing out

Delivery driver apparently was at MacDonalds for 30 minutes waiting for them to bag my order. There’s no way to tell justeat that it’s taking too long. No way to cancel without being charged. The food arrived cold, not even warm. Would I use them again? No, definitely not. Terrible service.

Horrible company. Constant missing or wrong items. Horrific customer service. Stores that have 2 to 3 star reviews with the same complaints from customers that they received wrong or missing items but just eat don't do anything about it and the stores remain open. After a certain amount of refunds they will reject your claim no matter how much proof you have. You can even have recorded receiving your order from the driver, opening it, showing that items are missing or wrong and they will still reject your claim. Honestly, the same issue with most of the delivery companies. Just go out and get your food or dont order if you cant. These companies are a joke. Accounts deleted, never will return to them again. Its an insult when you spend ridiculous amounts of money with these companies and when you are constantly missing or receiving wrong items, they couldn't care less. If you want a free few groceries or meals and never used these companies then make an account with them, place your order, and when it arrives make a claim that you were missing items. Tell them you were missing all of them, I can assure you they won't even ask for proof for the first few times they will just refund you. Ridiculous flawed system, ridiculous customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolute waste of time this useless company. My partner ordered groceries including food for the kids lunch today. We receive an email stating groceries have been delivered, which is a lie. Now it's being investigated if WE ARE TELLING THE TTUTH? Try delivering to the correct address you imbeciles. We must now wait for either a refund or items to actually be delivered while the kids are famished. NEVER AGAIN!!

Disgruntled at having to give these clowns 1 star - because they are not worth even that. Two weeks on the bounce they naused up my takeaway order. First time the order never arrived at all, second time it arrived 1h15m late, it was wet and it was cold. They're a bunch of total jokers, and trying to get anyone to respond to complaints is like waiting for the second coming. Will not be using this bunch of wasters again.

The most stupid application i know. Customer could write a fake review about restaurant but restaurant cannot reply or explain. I wish Just Eat also be not allow to reply my comment, therefore they will know how is felling. LOL

I ordered from Just Eat last night. After two hours I got a message advising it was delivered (it was one bottle of wine). There was nothing outside. No one rang my doorbell. No driver in sight. I complained to them and requested a full refund which they have refused. I obviously have no proof it was delivered yet they also have no proof it wasn’t. I have complained several times now and received a message from their manager advising ‘further responses will sadly be closed without reply.’ I am so upset and disappointed and cannot believe they just get away with it. I’ve used them for several years and they have gone downhill completely. I will be deleting my account. Never use again. They rob your money.

Drivers are stealing food, they are picking the food up from the restaurants and not delivering the food. This has happened three times to me and one non delivery was just right now. When i call the restaurants up to make a complaint the restaurants are also saying that the drivers are taking the items but they are not delivering them as there have been a lot of customer complaints. The restaurants I have spoken to have said that they have made formal complaints too JUST EAT but JUST EAT not doing anything about it. JUST EAT have been made aware of this situation even when I called them making a formal complaint they kept on cutting my phone off and not speaking to me so I had to take my case up with my credit card company. I have just made a formal complaint to the Citizens Advice Bureau and am waiting for a response for them from them. This is not done. From now onwards, when I make a online food order, I will be contacting the restaurant and telling them that please, can they take the driver's name before handing over the food.

One of their delivery cyclists went through a red light and dented the side of my car. He just walked off, the company are uncontactable and my insurance company say they won’t take responsibility!

I had ordered food for my cat from Asda via just eat. The order was accepted by Asda and the courier went to collect it only to be told there was no order. He came to my house after to explain and I tried to get a refund off just eat . Refund refused twice leaving me £18 out of pocket and no cat food. I can’t get a refund off my bank either as I closed the account with just eat after.
I don’t use Just eat anymore as the couriers steal the deliveries or the company rips you off

No stars but you can not do that why are they such a crap company email after email for poor quality missing items in orders cold and they don’t want to refund what a joke of a firm or should I say a set of scammers every one needs to make a claim against them how get poor service and not what they expect don’t let them get away with it

Checked delivery times and stated 25mins so ordered waited for an hour then checked again and time had been updated to a further 50mins so possibly over 2hrs from ordering.. so cancelled as it was getting late and still got charged and no food delivered

These fools will allow takeaways yo rip people off and won't do a damn thing about it!! Utter cowboys

ON FRIDAY 21 JUNE2024 I PLACED A ORDER ON JUST EAT ,RECIEVED CONFIRMATION AND WAITED FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED.I FOLLOWED THE SCOOTER S ROUTE ON THE MAP AND IN THE END HE DELIVERED THE ODER TO ANOTHER NUMBER.I ALSO HAVE VIDEO PROOF WITH THE TIME OF 22.02 WHEN IT APPEARS ON THE APLICATION THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED.IN THIS CASAE I HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER AND I WILL OPEN A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST JUST EAT FOR FRAUD.IT IS NOT RIGHT WHAT JUST EAT IS DOING WITH THE HELP OF SOME WHO DON T CARE ABOUT COSTUMER S MONEY ORDER NUMBER321186212

My wife ordered through Just Eats email where the discount offered was 20%. WHat she did not read was the small print which refrred to only selected shops and also that the discount was from 2017 to 2018 only. So why was she emailed with an outdated discount. Also the 20% was not applied and to make things worse, they got the order wrong. I had a similar experience not so long ago, so I stick to tried and trusted companies. Seeing the 1* rating already on here, I was not surprised. £50 down the drain.

Terrible Terrible company to deal with. Do not trust. 2nd time using to order from Mac Donald’s in Ashby de la Zouch. 1/2 food missing on the first time of using and again on the 2nd time of using this company. Spoke to Mac Donald’s who said that there was a chance that again the driver has stolen the food also removing the order number from the bag making it hard to trace the order. Last time it happened we complained to Just Eat directly and had no response. So gave them a second chance but would not trust this company again as yet again the food had been stolen. Will never use again and would not recommend ordering through just eat as they can’t be trusted and do not follow up with any sort of customer service.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, absolute scammers that I would never use again and would strongly urge people to avoid at all costs.
My food didn’t turn up, I have a Ring doorbell and a separate cctv camera directed at my front door, nobody came near my house. I complained by email to Just Eat and they basically told me that I wouldn’t get a refund because the food had been delivered. I emailed back twice (good luck finding a telephone number), and they completely ignored me.
I approached my credit card company who investigated and duly refunded my money - I just pray that Just Eat had to refund.
