Just Eat 

Drivers never follow instructions food arrives cold when you contact just eat they could not care less. They seem to be getting worse if that’s possible !!

Ordered food from this app yesterday, it did arrive a little late but driver was very apologetic. Food was still warm though and items came packed and in good condition to eat.

Local restaurant normally deliver fast, used just eat and order 1hr late. Called restaurant, advised they are now using JE drivers...

Got my refund from just eat after my food went missing thanks for the refund I am not going to order to my home address now though for fear it will happen again

Food Never arrived after a load of other issues. Myself and the restaurant contacted them. They never sent a courier. Will not give me my money back either. Scripted responses and no one’s helping. DO NOT use just eat!!

I'd give zero stars if I could , customer service is disgusting refuse refund when your foods been stolen by dodgy delivery drivers they really don't give a sh** and the worst part is they tell you to leave a bad review for the restaurant you ordered from ... erm how about no its not their fault , won't be using again

Worked for this company for a few months, total waste of time do not get minimum wage and I got £6.12 for 1 hours work.
Far to many drivers, you can choose your shifts but they still give you what you don’t want.
All contact is via an app in another country.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We ordered food at a restaurant that we have ordered before and I have always enjoyed the food. however yesterday we ordered food from just eat platform and this time the food had an awful taste as if it was old chicken and tasted rotten the fries had an awful taste and also that was old fries that were recooked in oil as they were limp and soggy and tasted as if cooked in old oil. I called the restaurant and told we could not eat the food they said to get a refund from just eat I did and sent in photo evidence. Just eat responded and told me we could not get a refund because restaurant cook food differently I appealed yet again and they said they stand by their first decision to not give us a refund as it fell within their “regulations” I guess sending customers food which is inedible falls within regulation with just eat.we had even sent the food back to the restaurant and we made just eat aware of this.. they have lost a customer I will never use just eat again and I advice others to not use this platform because if your not happy with the food you have to go through just eat and it’s clear that they are playing a dirty game and frauds to be honest keep that money but no good will come from ripping people off.

No food money gone no reply or way to contact, a night without much food great

Ordered something from a restaurant and got given the wrong thing. When I contacted customer service, they said I had collected it at the wrong time (untrue) and when I collected it that I should have gone through every container before leaving the restaurant. Responses were copy and paste replies.

Will never use it again

I got a blackened, heavily burnt burger from 'Stacks' (they are normally very very good tasty burgers as well). I took photos and confirmed it was overcooked, dry and black. Completely unedible. Just eat confirmed there was NOTHING they could do. I complained again showing the burger was split due to overcooking. Despite this they refused to help.
I reversed the transaction via my bank. I will not use this platform again. They are not helping customers nor do they care about quality of product or indeed the service I received. Not good. AVOID if you dont want a bad experience.

Had the most disgusting food delivered through jydt eat app. Ordered chicken korma and it was liquid like chicken soup but really spicy. Went in the bin. Complained to just eat and did nothing except tell me that everyone cooks differently. Had enough of poor food outlets selling on just eat. Stay away from them

i ordered £57 worth of groceries from asda but when it arrived there was £40 worth of shopping missing. I contacted asda to see if the driver forgot some bags and they told me that all the missing items were actually out of stock and that the just eat driver should’ve issued me a refund but he didn’t. I requested a refund via the just eat app but for some reason it was rejected. I’ve been trying to get in contact with just eat but they’ve made it impossible. I just want my £40 back. If the person dealing with the refund actually got in contact with asda then asda would’ve verified that i did not receive £40 worth of my shopping. I feel like just eat or the driver has stolen my money.

I made a order to be delivered and did not receive it, when getting in touch with just eat they told me that I ordered to be collected, but I did not even though I showed them the confirmation email that clearly says order being prepared for delivery, but they refused to give me my money back and said they will no longer reply to my emails, how bad is that for customer service I think it’s disgusting and would advise everyone not to use them.

The food we ordered ( from patty guy, Worthing ) was delivered 75minutes late.
This was after we had tried in vain to cancel the order.
The food was totally inedible. It was stone cold and the burger buns were soggy with the pattys burnt.
It was fit only for the bin, which is where it went.
Just eat could not care less offering a partial refund ( £13 against a £31 spend )
This was their maximum allowance for cold food, apparently.
I am disgusted with the attitude of just eating and will never use their service again.

Common problem where the food is either stolen/lost or cold food and top it off 'service charges' are added which is pretty expensive and sounds more like a 'forced' tip for a service that was already poor.

Disgusted, waited over two hours for food that did not arrive. On line message from Just Eat telling me driver waiting at restaurant, eventually called restaurant to be told this was 'a lie'! All deliveries already left hours ago!
Contacted Just Eat, given conflicting information, told to phone back then told to contact live chat. Very unhelpful.
Evening ruined, no food and I'm offered a 'goodwill gesture' of £5.00 - absolutely no good will as far as I am concerned. Will try deliveroo in future

I received food that was inedible. I called the restaurant who told me to contact Just Eat. I did so within minutes, evidencing a picture as requested by Just Eat. They have refused a partial refund stating "it is in line with their policy". I asked for them to elaborate, they refused and called me by the wrong name. Very poor customer service. I've deleted the app and will use Deliveroo in the future. I wish I could give Just Eat zero stars. Thieves are disgusting!

After not receiving my order, Just Eat confirms that they are correct to refuse to help. They took my money, did not deliver, and then refuse to do anything about it, since they hide behind an online chat that they hang up when they feel like. They used to have a customer service phone number, it is obvious that they prefer not to offer service, and steal your money.

I made a mistake with my KFC order and quickly cancelled it and was told I would receive a refund in 5-14 working days. Its been a month. I'm never getting that back, am I? Gangsters.
