Just Eat 

Placed an order through Just Eat, #242814493 for fish & chips, battered sausage and kebab for £43.59p. Looking at the map, the order was delivered to the wrong address at a different location. Driver obviously totally incompetent. Did not even telephone to ask for directions. Recipient must have accepted the order without refusing it. Total thief!
Trying to contact Just Eat is like pulling teeth! After a long struggle navigating their useless system, I was able to request a full refund for none delivery of food.
Just Eat, you must and have to change your system by providing the customer with a code to give to the driver, the same as for UBER EATS. But all you care about is money and not the good will and faith of the customer. You have a duty of contract to ensure your customers receive the best possible service. But, you do not care whether your self-contracted drivers can speak, read and understand English, totally inconveniencing your customers and making them out of pocket with the costs until you decide to investigate a non-existent delivery.
I expect a full refund as your contract with me has been broken and is unfulfilled for a service I paid for.
I have now had to order food using UBER EATS. A much better and reliable service.
In addition, my name and address will be on the receipt attached to the bag. Therefore, this is a breach under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the European General Data Protection Regulations, whereupon I am now inclined to log a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data breach.

Had an order and the dessert was missing ,costing £7 .
I contacted just eat straight away , but it wasn’t till tonight I got a reply saying the couldn’t give me a refund. When I contacted the pub , the told me to take it up with just eat so now neither will have my patronage.

They keep changing my delivery time, with no actual update on what's going on, one of the worst delivery companies going, would be quicker for everyone to go and get their own food from the restaurants, fed up with this from just eat all the time, can't keep their promises but they will keep your money

Terrible service , food 3hours late and cold, I use the service to view menus, but order from the restaurant directly now. This way if there's a problem you can take it up with them directly. Just eat are awful.

Avoid this crap. Couldn't start using this service to begin with. I only tried because I received a 50 euro gift card... got frustrated with scratch card area that reveals the code - thing was devastated with a little bit of pressure, I couldn't read the code. After several attempts of guess the lettter/number game I gave up. Money down the drain. They also overcharge a TON. Simple pizza costs 6 euros more compared to in-store prices, on top of it - service charge AND delivery charge. GTFO losers.

If I could give 0 stars I would the driver arrived with the bag ripped open and the drink spilled all over the bag. Needless to say even he had the common sense to apologise and not give me something that was inedible and allowed me to take pictures and took the damaged item away.

Despite sending pictures to Just Eat of the driver in a Just Eat jacket holding the ripped bag with spilled drink all over it, they refused to refund me.

A disgrace, do not order from them.

Terrible, they are refusing to refund me for food that arrived wet and soggy and undercooked.

Please check your bank accounts if you have had to cancel an order they do NOT refund I am going to go to my bank hopefully raise a dispute.Theft plain and simple
UPDATE please check your bank accounts if you have ever cancelled a meal on just eat its very possible you never recieved the money returned.

I ordered £26 worth of food at 5pm.
The app said 20mins as the restaurant was only 1 mile away. 1 hour later i rang the Cinnamon Court Indian in Walsall to be told the food had left and it would be with me in a few minuets. 30 mins later i rang again to be told it was on the way… 30 mins to travel 1 mile? The food turned up at 7pm stone cold. I complained to Just eat and had £13 compensation. I told Just eat they can come and collect the food as it’s cold but they said £13 was the best they could do.

Robbing money and unlawfully going against customers rights. My son ordered for or the family on mothers day . The driver arrives and said he hadn't got our order , but he had two orders in his bag none were ours .He handed me a order and told me to call the Restaurant. I called them and they said I wokd get a refund . Just Eat have decided not to do this but give me a credit note and dictated basically were my money will be used. I have emailed to be told thry won't be giving me my money and I'm to sto emailing them as it wint change . I will be reporting them to trading standards and ve taking this further. It is robbery and unlawful, I wasn't asked if I wanted a credit note and I dint intend on using this poor service again . This company makes up its own rules as and when it suits its not bothered about customers or quality in a service just money and greed . The company needs shutting down and stopped from robbing people and providing such a crap service . They have got away with it for to long !

Had full wrong order delivered an hour later than advertised and the food was stone cold. Was told that I would get 30% back as credit. Another scumbag company

Worst experience. Have stopped using this app. Not supported by customer service. Food was not delivered at all despite leaving from the shop

Wow I didn't know that the feedback was so low, well now I know why the food was delivered cold and after offering not even half the amount as a refund the last time this time they refused to give any refund. So I did a chargeback with my bank, moral off this story is always pay by card and use Uber Eats instead. Well until they do the exact same thing that is, the real moral is play It safe and just use your local takeaway.

WARNING…. Do not use. This company has ripped us off tonight on my Mother’s Day treat. Food almost cold. Missing items. Green chips. Tried for an hour to speak to someone. Got through on the chat facility only to be hung up on when we didn’t accept the £1.60 refund!
This has escalated to trading standards now. Please don’t use this company it has zero customer service.
UPDATE…
I have received a near full refund. So although I was not happy with the food etc I am happy that they have upheld my complaint and made it right.

First time ever using Just Eat and will be the last - don't use them!
The order delivered was incorrect (not my order, name or number on the receipt)
Raised the error on the app then ordered again (the wrong order was too little)
The following day I received an email telling me they needed proof of receipt, photos of the food and photos of the packaging
I'd retained the receipt but all else had gone
Emails back and forth were like dealing with a 5 Yr old with a set script to repeat over and over again but essentially I paid over £40 for around £20 worth of late incorrect food and Just Eat decided I hadn't guessed their requirements for incorrect delivery therefore was not due a refund
Do not use this pathetic company

ordered on Tuesday 05th March. 2xburger meals from KFC Didsbury. Driver turned up and immediately said. " they only gave me one drink"
Ok i can accept this. Then i opened the bag with the food and the fries were missing. Tried calling the restaurant but you cant. Opened an investigation through the app as advised. Heard nothing and then 3 days later discovered an email asking me for photo evidence. Yeah sure here's a picture of the missing items. I believe the complaint has been closed now as i didn't respond within 48 hours. Will give them 24 hours to sort this out then i will close my account and use another platform

Very poor service. Food arrived 30 minutes late and was cold! Poor response to my complaint. Will not use again!

I applied to work as a delivery driver for Just-Eat. During the application process, Just-Eat asked me to pay for the courier bag which I did.
My application was not successful, but Just-Eat didn't refund the amount that I had paid for the bag. It has been almost three months now and I have sent them several emails, but they just don't bother to reply or provide any update.

Ordered a baguette got a roll gave evidence no refund do not ever use this company
