2 last deliveries been horrendous.
1. Broken food container and thai food everywhere. Not offered new food, so we had to share 1 dish.
2. Pizza ordered and HIGH delivery fee paid. 30mins estimate, actual delivery time 120mins, when talking to customer service I was advise that delivery times are only estimates.
If you can, use Wolt or any other alternative!

Robbing company. Husband spent £15 with them. The delivery person ghosted husband. He done everything to direct them and even come to the road to meet them. He could have just met him at the Macdonalds which stands out like a sore thumb on the road!!
How on Earth they couldn’t find a place so simply. Well it feels fraudulent and I think that actually it is. Maybe you didn’t even go!! Seems like it was a lie on the delivery front.
When you pay for something you expect to get it. If you don’t. You expect the money back. We have now just paid for air and husband done everything to get this back and the customer service was even worse. Giving unjustified reasons which was a load of inaccurate lies.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Not that it matters but when you are going through personal issues that meant we needed the help in just eat but to get robbed like this is a disgrace. And end up with an empty stomach on top is a kick in the guts.
Company should not be operating. I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I’m that close to reporting this further up. Company should be closed down. Never heard anything like it!

DO NOT use just EAT in Copenhaguen, first order, waiting for 1hr and they cxcld it, second order another extra hour, and cxld at 10pm, disgusting, it was for my daughter. Wld I recommend this city for their restaurants, nope! Use tripadvisor.

I have ordered some food on Just eat on the 2nd of October.. When i get it 1 item was almost burned, chewy!!! I did complain and received a reply saying that i gonna get a refund..after i provide evidence (photo) showing the condition of that food they told i will receive my refund within 5-7 working days.. So far nothing.. I can say that happen before other issue and i received compensation same day.! This time am very disappointed

Would give zero stars if I could. Received a promotional code for 40% off and after going through all the orders and trying to place offer states not houses in your area. Even though they have posted a promotion through my door.
Really great way to advertise a company, giving leaflets to people who aren’t eligible. Will stick to the more reputable companies who don’t have poor marketing strategies and value their customers

Our Food Never Came
Yesterday, my family and I ordered from a McDonald's near us. We did this because we expected the delivery to be fast and easy, but it was the complete opposite.
The food was prepared within a decent time, so we waited for our order. Minutes go by, and the food hasn't arrived. I checked the app, and it says that our order had been delivered 10 minutes ago and our order was nowhere to be found.
The communication was poor and the customer should be able to see who the driver is so that if there are any problems they can be reported. If you want food, use a different app like ubereats.

I must say I am deeply disappointed with the service here. I ordered a very big order for me and my friend and we didn’t receive anything. When I tried to reach out to JustEat, they were practically laughing in my face and said I had no possibility of a refund. 300 danish kroner into the toilet, never ordering here again

Customer Service Doesn't Exist Anymore
An order I placed last week was undercooked and the amount of food was severely lacking. I know this isn't just eat's fault, but I submitted 2 complaints and a refund request and still haven't had a response.
This week, my order is down as delivered when it hasn't been and the only way to do raise this is though the app. Not that I seem to be getting a response. When I tried to call the customer service line this point was reiterated as I was told the line was only for partners.
Service over the past 2 weeks from just eat has gone downhill by a ridiculous amount, they need to sort it out before they lose all their customers.

this is coming from an organisation…
this is coming from an organisation working in partnership with just eat, we have been trying to update and infrom the company interms of our payment methods, updating information about everything they have asked us to do but it always resluts in the same outcome of no reply or constant ending of live chats. Our company has multiple outstanding payments that have not been payed dating back to as long as 4-6 MONTHS. We need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible

Poor service and delivery.
Food came 45 min. late and estimation time kept changing from original 30 min. to 48 min., back to 37 min. and then ending up in 52 min.. without moving for 10 min. 😂 We just started laughing.
Luckily for Just Eat you can only do 1 review.
When asking what's happened all you can get is a small rebate code that essentially forces you to use them again to be compensated.
To your answer:
No need to write you an email as nothing will happen. I might just get another rebate code..

Theft of food items from delivery
Ordered some food from Asda. It arrived. Upon checking a bag of items were missing. We called the store who said to complain to just eat. The bag was obviously stolen by the driver as it was confirmed to have been picked and sent out by the store. Complained to just eat who said they would not refund the missing items. Complained again and was told that there procedures had been followed and there was nothing else they could do. Is it a criminal offence to steal food?. I have paid for a service and food which I have not received. Think carefully before placing an order as you could end up losing money.

Kan det passe at i tvinger restauranter til at forhøje deres priser pga en lov der siger at de ikke må have 2 forskellige priser ?. Så hvis en restaurant vil bruge jeres service, er de tvunget til at tilpasse deres priser så i kan tjene extra ?.
Dvs, at når i reklamer med gratis udbringning så har i allerede tjent på de varer i bringer ud, og som bonus tvunget forretningen til at sætte deres priser op uden fortjeneste til dem der rent faktisk arbejder for føden !!.

Is it true that you force restaurants to increase their prices because of a law that says they cannot have 2 different prices?. So if a restaurant wants to use your service, they are forced to adjust their prices so you can earn extra?.
This means that when you advertise free delivery, you have already made a profit on the goods you deliver, and as a bonus forced the business to raise their prices without profit for those who actually do the work !!

Never ever will I be using just eat again!
I never received my order! They took it upon themselves to just close the case and tell me there’s nothing they can do on this occasion. Like they don’t believe I haven’t received my order yet I own a ring doorbell.
The fact they’re allowed to just rob you like that is disgusting. Telling me they cannot override the decision and when I was still unhappy they came back with your social media request has been completed. So they can’t be bothered to carry on knowing full well I’m right!
