With the wonderful help of the team at Just Pose, we hired a LEO Photobox for my daughter’s wedding. It’s just like an old fashioned box Camera on a tripod and just fitted with our aesthetic so tastefully.

The support we got from the team was seamless, as they each stepped in to answer any questions and liaised directly with our venue. They even went so far as to conduct a Skype demo with one of the wedding guests beforehand, so that we were sure how to operate it; as it was setup before we arrived at the venue. They needn’t have worried though it was soooo easy to operate. Just tap on the screen and follow the instructions. Perfect.👌 And it was all packed and taken away at the end of the evening so discreetly.

LEO went down an absolute storm, with guests queuing to use it! It was a wonderful way to bring people together to create memories of the day. It’s amazing how after a few drinks, people relaxed and made new friends, to capture special moments forever. We used chalk boards for messages and many just did lots of silly poses, but you could use any props you wanted to provide.

Update:
I just wanted to add that JustPose's after-sales support and customer care was exceptional. While we couldn't go back and rectify the technical issues my wife and I experienced, Sam from JustPose was very eager to do everything possible to learn from the issues and ensure we were happy moving forward. Sam graciously offered a partial refund for our troubles, a pleasant but unnecessary gesture as I am just happy to see he and his team were so accepting and proactive with the issues we had and are working towards preventing these kinds of hiccups in the future. As a result, I've revised the rating, as Sam's attentiveness after the event warrants an extra 2 stars.

Original Review:
We booked a photo booth from JustPose for our wedding last year (October) to feature alongside other entertainment. Unfortunately, there were a few things that we felt fell short of our expectations.

Firstly, the JustPose representatives/attendants arrived a bit late and weren't able to set up the booth at the scheduled start time as part of their equipment was faulty/damaged. They were very apologetic and sought a replacement piece immediately. The delay took about 40 minutes, during which time our guests visited the other areas of entertainment.
The issue here was that the delay hampered the exposure of the activity as many of our guests were not initially aware of the Photo Booth.

Although the photobooth attendant was very friendly and polite, they failed to draw in many passers-by or explain to curious guests what the activity was. I personally had to get people to visit the booth, and have some photos taken. This is something we feel should have been driven by the attendants, as all they were doing during this time was sitting by their laptop.
The placement of the booth was next to the evening buffet so although space was limited, the buffet alone attracted a lot of foot traffic but this was not taken advantage of.

The second issue I had was that the camera was poorly set up, which resulted in many photos with more than three people being badly cropped. There were numerous photos (more than 30%) that were no good, and not fit to keep. There was also a printing issue so not everyone could have copies, but maybe that's a good way to cut waste.

Lastly, the attendants failed to inform many of our guests who had taken photos that there was a guest book to sign and attach their photos, so the guest book only had around 12-15 pages of photos (1 photo per page).

To end the experience, the JustPose attendants asked if they could leave soon after all other entertainment had closed even though they said they would make up for lost time from a late setup. Our issue with this was that a number of our guests (including family) wanted to take end-of-night photos as they were not aware of the photo booth until all other activities had closed.

Both my partner and I have experienced many other events and parties with photo booths where the photo booth attendants have been very enthusiastic and motivated, providing a lot of ideas for photos but also managing and monitoring people queueing.
It's possible our expectations were based on experiences from other events but if only the booth was correctly configured and the attendants were more attentive our experience would have been a lot better.

The only positive was that the attendants themselves were very friendly, courteous and pleasant.
The photos produced were good but nothing different from other companies.

The booking process has been so easy, Sam and his team have been very helpful and very quick in response. Guests really enjoyed using the mirror booth and the host on the night was really great!

I'd definitely like to use Just Pose for our events in the future. The team was extremely accommodating and nice to us. The person working the booth on the evening was professional and courteous.

We used JustPose's mirror booth for our Christmas party and they were amazing. It was organised on the Wednesday before our event on Monday and they were so helpful and accommodating considering Christmas is their busiest time.

Set up was quick and seamless and the host was great all night.

All our guests loved the booth and the pictures came out great. The standard of props used was of a high standard too. Would definitely use again and can't recommend the JustPose team enough.

We used JusPose at our event to celebrate our recent engagement and overall we were very pleased with the service they gave us.

Initially we wanted the Open Air Booth, however after conversations with Sam, we were given an alternative option that perfectly catered to the vision we wanted to create. We appreciated the honesty of the best option and best value for money for the images we wanted to have.

Payment and organisation was also seamless throughout our experience, and the quality of images turned out great. We would definitely consider using them again for any future events we may have.

We had a JustPose booth at our wedding reception on 01 September and everyone loved it - there was a queue to use it the whole time, and the JP operator was v patient and helpful. Having unlimited photos is brilliant, and the link to the photos has been shared with friends and family to much amusement!

We loved the photo booth at our Wedding as did our guests. With a lovely keepsake book of all the photos taken.

We opted for the open air photobooth for our wedding. From initial inquiry to paying the deposit was seemless.
On the day the booth looked great and the photos were of a high quality with unlimited prints. Staff at the booth were also very friendly.
Only negative was we failed to get a reminder about final payment and when we chased it up it took a few calls to get sorted. Once we got through to the right person however things were resolved swiftly.
Would recommend and use again.

We had the mirror booth at our wedding and everyone loved it! Getting a digital copy of the images after was also fab as some people misplaced their copies after a few too many so was amazing I could give them another copy :) would definitely recommend!

We can honestly say JustPose were fantastic! We had the Retro booth at our wedding in June and it was a great addition to the night. Luke who ran the booth for us, couldn't of been more helpful. The booth arrived in plenty of time, set up in what seemed liked minutes and looked fantastic. There were a great range of props and our guests had so much fun. The pictures we recieved were of a great quality and we loved getting a copy of all of the pictures taken. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Laura & Leo

For our wedding we hired the mirror booth and was fantastic, all the staff were very helpful and emails answered quickly.

Justpose were amazing with my 1 year olds cake smash and 1st birthday shoot. They were so friendly and professional. They made the whole thing enjoyable. The photos were stunning, I would recommend just pose to anyone I know looking for photographers.

I would not recommend JustPose. They were unable to correctly invoice me and would not honour the booking form.

Initial communication was ok but service went downhill at booking stage. I received the booking form (after I had to ring them to remind them twice) with a lower figure than expected. A member of staff confirmed the price quoted was for 4 hours, so I was ready to pay the deposit once a few minor amendments had been made to the contract details (adding my partner’s name etc). 2 days later I received an email saying they had made a mistake and had to charge us an extra £100 + VAT for the 4th hour. I was not prepared to pay this since they had already confirmed by email that the initial booking form was correct. I then received a very patronising, rude and passive-aggressive email claiming that it wasn’t their fault that I hadn’t checked the price. This was totally incorrect, since I HAD checked and had recieved confirmation of the original booking form details via written email.

I later realised that they had also forgotten to include the cost of their guest book service on our new booking form. By this stage I had completely lost faith that they were able to invoice me correctly, so I booked a different company.
