Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Wrong item sent, no explanation given, not like for like if out of stock as not in presentation box. Sent 2 emails over a period of 1 week, 4 days apart. No response received. Not happy as was for a gift. Wouldn’t recommend.

As per our conditions of use, to which this complainant signed up to, we send out an alternative product of equivalent value in the event of an item being out of stock.
We are sorry that Lorna 3 did not find the single miniature bottle we sent to be acceptable.

Rude customer service/ignoring emails

I bought a selection of whisky miniatures with a personalised label design I supplied as gifts for my wedding day, unfortunately the whisky bottles turned up in time but I did not receive the printed labels I was supposed to which made the gift redundant.

After the wedding, I contacted the company about how to send the bottles back and receive a full refund for a service/product that was not fulfilled and unfortunately I received quite a rude and dismissive email from William saying he thought it "odd" I hadn't contacted them earlier about this - I live in Sweden despite the wedding being in the UK and with all the other things to organise for a wedding, I contacted them when the time was convenient so found it quite rude to suggest a customer was odd.

I replied to this email also asking for them to supply some means of sending the bottles back as don't think I should bear the cost of return for a service that was not satisfactory and I have not received any response since 14th May. I have followed up twice since then with still no response and have just completed another customer inquiry form on their website.

I find it truly appalling that a company representative would refer to a customer in such a way and then ignore emails.

Do not use this company, there are clearly better ones out there.

Some individuals misuse platforms like this to post unjustified and malicious reviews without taking responsibility for their actions.
Their goal is to damage businesses without caring about the consequences.
As we are not psychologists, we are unable to assist such individuals.

They are not the best.

Ordered some whisky minatures as advertised on the website. Informed one was out of stock. Refund in process. After many emails refund was proven to be paid. Then received email from bloke called william asking me to not buy anymore of there products because they had to take my single bottles out of a case of 12. They then said that this was not suitable for them monetary wise. I told them that as they advertised single bottles for sale to the buying public then that was not my fault. I am very happy not to deal with stupid people selling products online then complaining when you buy them. I can buy single bananas at tesco and single apple at sainsburys!

We are wholesalers, as such our business model was not set up for customers who wish only to buy one or two miniature bottles.
Going forward, we have since added a minimum order requirement of £25.00 to our website, which will hopefully avoid misunderstandings such as this in the future.
