Received a product that was faulty on delivery. Item was sent back using a pre paid postage label. 14 days later still no refund as apparently faulty items are only checked on one day a week. They seem to think they are above trading laws and can do as they please. They will misquote their own terms and conditions to try and fob you off. Section 75 seems to be the only option to actually get a refund. I would avoid this company and buy from a company that actually values their customers and cares if there is a problem.

Returns process also was not the easiest as they demanded videos of the fault yet still don’t believe you as it has to be checked once returned by a “technician” before a refund can be processed.

I bought a gift for my husband birthday.
The package arrived promptly meaning that by the time I gave it to my husband on his birthday it was slightly outside the 28 days they state on their website is the time for receiving any refunds.
The gun was faulty, infact there were broken pieces in the gun barrel.
We reported this immediately, but we were told that as it is outside the 28 days they would do nothing.
I said that I didn’t want a refund, just a working gun and also I would happily take a better gun and pay the difference if they recommend that, but they refused any replacement and also said that this type of gun is not repairable.
I sought legal advise and was told that although they are not obliged to refund they are obliged, under law, to repair or replace, and if a repair is not possible, then they must replace.
They are now not responding to e-mails.
This company believe that Trading Standards do not apply to them !!!

I ordered 2 gel blasters and when i typed in my address everything was good and the purchase went thru. One week later... I hadn’t heard anything from them, but then i received a Mail that said "Order Refunded" because they couldn’t deliver to my post code. But remember everything was fine when i bought it and typed in my address. It has now been three weeks since i got the refund and i havent got any of my money back!!! Horrible company. NEVER BUY!!!

£150 spent, damaged gun, and no reply from owner... have sent multiple emails, they replied to the first asking for a video, but now they are not responding.

This will remind me to read the reviews before I buy.
I receive a used, broken revolver and they don't even reply to my emails.

I'm surprised this shop turned out to be a scam! The fact they have no direct email on their website is one red flag, i ordered 3 gas mag valves and never got a purchase confirmation or dispatch and still not received it after a week! Going by other reviews they're clearly scumbags and i hope others take the time to do their reaserch first always unlike me this time. That's £15 down the drain and i hope God humbles these fools soon, crazy lawless times we live in!

Will sell you faulty items and refuse any refunds and make you pay for the shipping to send it back on top of all that. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered a BB Gun from them but the magazine was totally faulty. They refused to replace it! Do not buy from these scammers!

This company is a scam. I returned the items I ordered, but they stopped responding and never issued my refund. I will take legal action, even if it’s just for 1€. Be careful when dealing with them!

Scam businesse!! My wife got me the SAS II ULTRALIGHT for valtines Day so we could go airsofting together. I unboxed the gun, and the rail stopper/gun disabling peace fell off. The peace has clearly been snapped before shipping. I've contacted the support team and sent them the video and photos tagged below. They have since told me that it looks like I broke the peace disassembling the gun. I told them I literally took the gun out of the box, and the peace fell off without me touching that particular part. They then told me that per their terms and conditions, I couldn't return or refund the weapon as it looked like I broke it. A
business that sells broken products and then refuses to do anything about it should not be an operating business. I will be taking them to small claims court to hopefully get this resolved. Do yourself a favour and order your airsoft equipment from an alternative professional provider.

We purchased 3 guns for Christmas for our son. On Christmas Day the shot gun became jammed. We sent an email and they asked for video footage of this. Video was sent and they asked me to post it to them for the technician to look at (postage had to be paid by ourselves) baring in mind, the gun had literally been used once and the jam occurred.

Gun was posted and we didn’t hear a thing. I sent an email asking for an update and they replied stating there was nothing wrong with the gun and I had to pay more postage for it to be returned to us.

The gun had been used by our son in the garden, who had no issues cocking the gun back. However their customer service were stating it just needed more force. You could clearly see in the video that we sent, the gun would not move. My partner tried several times.

We recieved the gun back and when getting it out of the box, the barrel is extremely wobbly. I emailed straight back and informed them and even sent a video of this. They’ve responded stating there were no issues when their technician tested it. I again have emailed back and informed them, the barrel wasn’t loose when we received it before Christmas and also wasn’t loose when we posted it back to them because of the jam.

I am disgusted in the way this company deals with their customers. I wish I had read trust pilot before making any purchase as their guns are not cheap. However they’re cheaply made!

Avoid this company! I’d also encourage others to report to trading standards.

The gun fell apart after 3 used bought as a Christmas present for my son. They say use error it’s a battery powered gun with a trigger. So he pulled the trigger wrong. The trigger is still perfect

Just bought a revolver army 45 came with no instructions at all the blue on the gun was patchey and pitd as tho it was done in the damp the cheep plastic handle fel off as i was un packing so i put a new screw in it rang up to se d it back but josh said id have to pay for postage myself after read reviews about them i definitely won't send it at my cost so im stuck with it 175 wastd stay awsy from these clowns there are beter airsoft guys around

The gun's are ok. The gas provided in the bundle was very poor, the website is difficult to ues. When I spoke to them about the website they were not helpful.

I purchased a pistol it arrived with no instructions how to use it when l went to use it the bb ammunition would not load the trigger would not operate emailed the help line to ask for a return label to return it they said I had to send a video of it not working I told them this was an impossible request they said I had to return it at my own cost for them to inspect and decide if to give me a refund when I said under there terms I was intitled to return a faulty gun they refused to do that unless I sent a video yet nowere in there terms does it state this the help from the help department was non existent waffled on and on denying all responsibility.So they got what they wanted I gave up and swallowed the financial loss.So anyone looking for N Airsoft gun should avoid this company at any cost because if anything goes wrong you will get no help or redress

Purchased two new M4 flash mags to accompany one I already owned (I bought just one to test first). All three are the same make and model. The original one and one of the new ones from Just BB work perfectly every time.... I will say again.. EVERY TIME. One of the mags that I will dub as gammy fails after 8 or 9 shots and needs removed from the RIF, the feed tube needs emptied the mag shook and the pull cord pulled again to load it up.... This will result in 8 or 9 shots again before not feeding and needing the same procedure to get just another 8 or 9 shots from it. The other mags shoot over 200 with the same number of pulls... EVERY TIME

I will send the gammy mag back for a refund or replacement, should be easy enough.

NOPE, they need a video of it not working... The concept of a RIF not shooting after 8 or 9 shots seems lost on them. Perhaps they think on only one out of the three mags... the SAME MAG each time I take some sort of fit, and forget how it all works and thus cause the issue myself. They truly think a video will help them to identify what I must be doing wrong so they can "discern the exact nature of the issue".

Any company can send items out that your purchase, only good company's can deal with issue and provide good customer service when things don't work as they should. This company's customer service is crap.
