So, I paid an extra £10 for my items to be delivered the next working day, but of course, knowing this lazy and incompetent company, the items were not delivered as promised, so they give you a choice of 3-4 days free delivery, or pay extra for the next working day delivery, but again, that was expected as this is not the first time it is happening, charging people more money and not deliver.
I would not recommend and I wish I could give minus stars for wasting my time, making me take a day off work and wait all day for the delivery, then nothing.
Furthermore, I emailed the firm and asked for a refund, got a reply from a person named ''Vince'' who had chosen to ignore my refund request and gave me a standard lazy answer of ''Your items will be delivered today''.
After this review went up and running, I received a call from them debating on why should I get a refund when I got my item the 2rd working day, now, I paid £10 for a next day delivery, if I wanted it to come the 2nd 3rd or 4th day or whatever, I would have chosen the free delivery option, morale of the story is, they charge you a full delivery fee, deliver it whenever they want, then issue you £5 back because Just BB Guns think if they manage to squeeze it in the 2nd working day then there is no reason on why they should issue a full refund paid FOR NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY!
does not work like this, furthermore more, after I refused to talk to them on the phone until a full refund was issued, THEY CALLED MY WORKPLACE asking for me by name? then told a colleague what the issue is?
do these people working there understand anything about privacy? GDPR?

Newcomer to the BBC gun world, but received good advice from their customer services, and help if asked.
I recently had a faulty item, and they replaced it asap, completely free of charge.
I feel they do actually value the customer,and advise or help wherever they can. 👍

Ordered (327807) 28th June and prompt delivery (the easy bit).
Had a problem after five shots with balls falling out of barrel. Tried phoning but only made the stupid American answer machine !!! Contacted the 'Support Team ' (that's a laugh) by e mail to seek advise on 4th July, but a waste of time. Thought it may be spring and I used my senior brain and found that the magazine would not function correctly with 15 balls. It works ok with 8 or 10, but as of 8th July, I'm still waiting a reply.
You'll get no support from this showeras far as I can see. Absolute rubbish

I ordered a bb gun from this company and it quickly developed a fault in that it couldn't be loaded with pellets as the magazine appeared faulty. Customer service were absolutely hopeless in that they clearly wanted to absolve themselves of all responsibility and even claimed that 12 month warranty didn't apply to them which is the law. They were even not interested in me offering to buy a new magazine which I didn't have to do. I wouldn't recommend anyone else use them as it's all been very frustrating. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for and I can't believe some of these positive reviews here are of the same company

Fantastic customer service. Fast, caring responses. I felt seen and appreciated, and my concerns and issues were treated seriously and swiftly.

I want return the order on next day of purchase. The guns are not as I excepted and one is faulty. They website said free return within 14 days. But be aware they not take any returns. Many emails exchanged and they keep going asking for video to send to provide online help. They service don't understand simple request of return. It is my last time I purchase from them.

Unlike a lot of others I actually received my goods from this company. They are genuine items & they are fit for purpose. So why only one star?

No matter how long the following review is, believe me - it's the short version.

I placed a small order (value £25) last year which turned up fine, so on the basis of that placed a larger one this time. Oh boy, I should have read the reviews first...

My first attempt this time seemed to be processed quickly, but never arrived. UPS lost that. Fortunately I didn't claim against them as I knew it was still the seller's responsibility. UK law is very clear about this.

Surprisingly they organised a replacement order. Not sure how I managed that as this is where things really seem to spiral out of control for other customers. Maybe it was because I told them I used to work selling things via the web & know for a fact it's the seller's responsibility so they knew they couldn't pass the buck onto UPS? Anyway...

The replacement order was prepped on a Thursday morning. The following Monday they still hadn't sent the order, despite UPS telling me it would be arriving that day???

I raised this point with customer service (who I'm pretty sure is one person using multiple names to make it seem like a department, not one bloke out the back of a lock up working from a refurbished Blackberry) at the same time I informed them I wished to cancel the order for a full refund or I would be requesting my bank to intervene. I was told that my replacement order hadn't yet been despatched as there was no pick up at weekends.

Thursday isn't the weekend. Friday isn't the weekend & on top of that - guess what day the original goods were marked as being collected? A Saturday!! Last time I checked that was the weekend.

As for requesting to cancel my order for a full refund - I was well within my statutory rights to do so. Nothing had been received & we were well past the reasonable delivery window. That part of the request was deliberately ignored & only responded to once they'd actually, finally despatched the order.

It felt like I had to force this company to despatch what I'd paid for & then it felt like I had to force UPS to deliver the goods. All in all the polar opposite of a "good shopping experience".

I placed a duplicate order with another company to see how they compared. Even not having 2 tone options on the shelf they still turned things around less than a week - that was Airsoft World btw. Great company & I've met one or 2 of the staff a few years back so to an extent I can personally vouch for them.

Anyway, regarding this "company"... something very wrong here. Hopefully there'll be a trading standards investigation & they'll be made to cease trading. Nobody should be operating like this & getting away with treating people this way. It's disgusting.

If you want good service (can be more expensive, but for easy, stress free ordering & goods that actually arrive it's worth it) try the following;

Airsoft World.

Socom Tactical.

Patrol Base.

All JustBBGuns care about is taking your money. That's where it ends. If they cared about providing a decent service & customer satisfaction then they wouldn't use UPS, who as difficult as it may be to believe - make Hermes/ Evri look professional by comparison.

Another thing - I've seen others saying how during telephone complaints an individual at this company likes to brag about how much money they have pouring in - company accounts & details are easily available to view online. That's not exactly how I interpreted the situation & that's all I'll say about that.

There doesn't appear to be a way to delete your account either so my final point will be this - once you're finished with these "people" log back into your account, remove your details & replace it with fake info. You can't be too careful these days. Don't take the chance.

So, that about concludes my sorry experience with these guys. I don't think I've ever had so much trouble buying anything in my life & I hope I never do again. I just hope a few people see this review & others before deciding to buy from here - please DON'T DO IT!

Some of the most unprofessional people I have had ever the dissatisfaction to deal. I ordered one of the bundles. However park of the package was missing mainly the rifle. They then accused me of lying about not receiving the package and then threatened me with legal action. Do not order from this site period. All i wanted was to know where the package was. I didn’t even accuse them of anything. My guess it got lost in transit and I just wanted some help. Terrible customer care and completely unprofessional.

The gun was faulty. It was my sons birthday present.
Customer service was useless and they obviously don't care about their customers after an item has been bought. Still waiting on my postage costs to be refunded. (3 Weeks)
Read the other reviews, don't go through what i had to go through. These people have no manner about them, and the product was useless

I first choose to use this company because of it's good reviews.
I was given sound and accurate advice about the legal side of this hobby, which was extremely useful and saved me many,many pounds.
My opinion of this company is they are honest, very knowledgeable and polite people to do business with.
I certainly will be back to purchase items once I sort out some paperwork.

My son and I buy our guns from justBBS and I have to say the service has been excellent.
We recently bought a gas pistol but unfortunately due to mishandling by courier it was damaged..
My son was very upset as he'd worked hard to save for this gun. I contacted Justbb and they resolved the issue with no fuss so top class customer care

The gun I ordered was out of stock for the Co2 version, they contacted straight away and offered me the gas version. I also ordered the gas canister, extra pellets, a fast charger and a target, order was shipped fast and everything arrived in good condition. Thank you Vince for your help

Customer service very sub standard. Spent quite a bit of money a few years back. Had only used the pistol a few times. The gas now leaks. I message them a few days ago to see if they could help. Please see the response I received. (GAS MAGAZINES may not operate correctly in cold weather or when during continuous firing. Most GAS Airsoft BB guns are recommended for use in temperatures above 15C. If your GAS gun is not operating correctly we recommend that you warm both the gun and magazine by placing it on a radiator. It is worth trying different gas makes to see which one works best for your gun. You can also try a repair gas for leaking mag seals. This issue is not covered under our warranty and most modern GAS pistols are designed to work in most weather conditions.) I have never used it below 15 degrees. My pistol does not have a magazine filler. It is built in. What a load of malarkey. All I wanted was a little help. Will buy a new one at Patrol Base.

The goods are not fit for purpose. You can't bullseye a target with a rifle from 3 feet away. If you look at other reviews on here you will find people saying the same. I'm an experienced marksman.
Customer service was awful. They stated there is nothing wrong with the product and refused to accept a return. Avoid this company at all costs.

5 orders I've made so far, 3 times there are items missing, and they requested me to take a photo of the order and did not apologize. 1 time the gun straight up to be a different one I ordered.

The boxes are usually damaged and the items in the box are usually missing too. Doesnt look very legit tbh. Try to avoid if you dont want to risk getting yourself more trouble and a bad day to deal with.

Wish I read reviews before ordering.. ordered an item that broke on the first use and they basically told me it was my problem and they would not be helping me

Amazing service, I had a slight hiccup and my order was placed on hold through no fault of just bb guns, I stupidly hadn't confirmed my cover to purchase full black guns so completely my fault and just bb guns were simply doing there jobs, that being said I sorted the issue on my end and sent an email, all I had to do was send the confirmation of my insurance and 3 very fast emails and my order is complete and on its way, I will be using just bb guns going forward for their exceptional customer service (Mike specifically).

Does this company really want to go out of business? Zero for customer service response. This is the first negative review I've done as usually if I've nothing much good to say I'd rather say nothing but that's not helpful for the next person. I'm not going to resign to losing nearly £80 on a gun that is not fit for purpose. Clearly they are used to lodged bullets but that is the fault of the gun design not the consumer! The gun is faulty - end of. It sort of worked for a couple of days although not impressively. The leaflet included shows diagrams that seem designed for those who want to make a gun not understand basic information like how long to charge the battery for. Without a light indicator to show when it's ready it's guesswork. Bought pellets which of course with a non-working gun are pretty useless. Lesson: Never forget to check Reviews. Total rip-off!
