Money gone and no food delivered.
Their driver did not call or text the correct number, and did not try ringing the doorbells either. Now I paid 20€ for nothing. It was such a bad experience. Never again.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
Just Eat is an absolute disaster. Their customer service is nearly non-existent, with rude representatives who clearly don’t prioritize the customer. The process for submitting any requests is buried under layers of bureaucracy, making it frustratingly difficult to resolve issues. Orders are consistently incomplete, massively delayed, or even delivered to the wrong address. I’ve never received an order on time or without some major problem. Completely disorganized and unreliable. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Worst service never ever use this, they are fraud, my order never came yet it was shown delivered, where contacted with service agents they say they were contacting me on my phone , I called them several times they have not picked the phone and when ask for refund there agents just disconnect the chat, worst experience never ever use this app, I am going to delete the app for other countries too.

Customer service is run by toddlers
I placed an order and after 20 minutes it wasn’t confirmed and I couldn’t reach the restaurant. I asked via chat to cancel the order. Davide told me it had been confirmed and it would reach me in 10 minutes. I said I wasn’t seeing that on my end. The chat ended and I thought it was my connection, but every time I went into the chat queue and Davide entered the chat, he closed it out immediately after seeing it was me. This happened five or six times until I got another representative, who told me the order had not been assigned and that it would be at least 30 minutes. Fortunately he agreed to cancel the order, but never again will I use this service.

Pathetic experience - JustEat App food delivery in Rome, Italy
We visited Italy (Rome) and tried JustEat App for food delivery.
It was the worst experience I have ever had.
We chose Delivery as the option, however the order was placed for picking food from the restaurant itself.
We were not able to update or even cancel the order from the app.
The phone line never worked. We called the restaurant and they said JustEat has sent our order to be picked from restaurant. We spent same amount of money on taxi as the amount of food. I would not recommend JustEat to anyone!!

Unaccountable food delivery
First delivery experience was great, but the second was terrible! The food never arrived, they emailed me 20 mins after their delivery attempt saying they tried to call my mobile but couldn’t reach me but I had no missed calls?? I don’t blame the restaurants enrolled but the Just Eat company has no accountability.
I requested a credit but they denied it. The company would not organize another delivery attempt after I went through their Live Chat support with 20 messages back and forth the same evening
